Od janu\u00e1ra 2012, kedy prijal poz\u00edciu predsedu spr\u00e1vnej rady Volkswagen Slovakia, navigoval spolo\u010dnos\u0165 do nov\u00fdch v\u00fd\u0161ok rastu na trhu. Rozpr\u00e1vali sme sa o jeho v\u00e1\u0161ni, jeho postojoch a bud\u00facnosti automobilov\u00e9ho priemyslu.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Inklinovali ste v detstve k automobilom? Ako sa to prejavovalo? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u017edy som mal z\u00e1\u013eubu v technike, strojoch vo v\u0161eobecnosti a \u0161peci\u00e1lne ma zauj\u00edmali traktory, ke\u010f\u017ee m\u00f4j otec pracoval s po\u013enohospod\u00e1rskymi strojmi. O aut\u00e1 som sa zauj\u00edmal ve\u013emi skoro, \u010do dokazovala aj moja ve\u013ek\u00e1 zbierka automobilov\u00fdch modelov. E\u0161te dnes z nich mnoho m\u00e1m. Rozhodol som sa pre in\u017einierske \u0161t\u00fadium a hne\u010f po \u0148om sa uch\u00e1dzal o miesto v automobilovom priemysle. Potom som za\u010dal v Audi v Neckarsulme, Nemecku, kde som sa vypracoval z trainee na ved\u00faceho z\u00e1vodu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n Albrecht Reimold, CEO Volkswagen Slovakia\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ako ste vn\u00edmali pr\u00edchod na Slovensko, ke\u010f ste z\u00edskali poz\u00edciu a ak\u00e9 s\u00fa va\u0161e pocity dnes? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Te\u0161il som sa na nov\u00fa v\u00fdzvu. Po\u010dul som predt\u00fdm ve\u013ea o firme i krajine. Ale mus\u00edm sa prizna\u0165, \u017ee som predt\u00fdm nikdy nebol ani na Slovensku, ani v bratislavskom z\u00e1vode. \u010co ma tu o\u010dak\u00e1valo bolo ve\u013emi pozit\u00edvne. Nielen ve\u013emi kompetentn\u00ed, pr\u00edjemn\u00ed \u013eudia, ktor\u00ed ma ve\u013emi srde\u010dne prijali, ale na\u0161iel som aj ve\u013emi sol\u00eddnu z\u00e1kladn\u00fa \u0161trukt\u00faru z\u00e1vodu, schopn\u00fa \u010fal\u0161ieho roz\u0161irovania. Ale u\u017e od za\u010diatku som bol pozit\u00edvne prekvapen\u00fd, ako dobre pracovn\u00edci z\u00e1vodu zvl\u00e1daj\u00fa ka\u017edodenn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>V \u010dom je pod\u013ea v\u00e1s jedine\u010dnos\u0165 skupiny Volkswagen? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Koncern Volkswagen pozost\u00e1va z 12 zna\u010diek s jedine\u010dn\u00fdm charakterom. Pracuje v \u0148om po celom svete takmer 600 000 \u013eud\u00ed. V minulom roku dodal koncern Volkswagen viac ako 10 mili\u00f3nov vozidiel. Na\u0161im z\u00e1kazn\u00edkom pon\u00fakame viac ako 335 modelov. To je jedine\u010dn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010co pre v\u00e1s pr\u00e1ca pre Volkswagen a osobitne Volkswagen Slovakia znamenaj\u00fa? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pracujeme tu ako t\u00edm. Denne vyd\u00e1vame to najlep\u0161ie z n\u00e1s pre skvel\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky. A dar\u00ed sa n\u00e1m to dobre. Posun zna\u010diek vo v\u00fdrobe ich produktov v Bratislave, Martine alebo Stupave s\u00fa prejavom d\u00f4very vedenia koncernu v na\u0161e v\u00fdkony. \u00daspe\u0161ne sme zrealizovali mno\u017estvo projektov \u2013 nov\u00fa lisov\u0148u s najsilnej\u0161\u00edm lisom v koncerne, ktor\u00e1 vie lisova\u0165 aj hlin\u00edkov\u00e9 diely; nov\u00fa karos\u00e1re\u0148 Audi Q7, jednu z najmodernej\u0161\u00edch karos\u00e1rn\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho priemyslu na svete; alebo \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9 spustenie v\u00fdroby nov\u00e9ho Audi Q7, jedn\u00e9ho z najmodernej\u0161\u00edch automobilov vo svojej triede. Je toho ve\u013emi ve\u013ea, \u010do sme zvl\u00e1dli. Teraz sa pripravujeme na nov\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy, ako je napr\u00edklad v\u00fdroba cel\u00e9ho Porsche Cayenne v roku 2017.<\/p>\n V\u00fdrobn\u00e1 hala automobilka Volkswagen v Bratislave. Foto: VW\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ako vn\u00edmate automobilov\u00fd priemysel na Slovensku? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00fdm z hlavn\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov, pre\u010do sme pred 24 rokmi pri\u0161li na Slovensko, boli dobre kvalifikovan\u00ed \u013eudia. V predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facich rokoch sme to \u010falej rozv\u00edjali a na\u0161im\u00a0zamestnancom pon\u00fakame ve\u013emi intenz\u00edvne vzdel\u00e1vanie, aby si mohli \u010falej zvy\u0161ova\u0165 kvalifik\u00e1ciu. Napriek tomu vid\u00edme potrebu jedna\u0165 v oblasti vzdel\u00e1vania. Na potenci\u00e1lny nedostatok \u013eud\u00ed na Slovensku sme zareagovali u\u017e v roku 2013, ke\u010f sme zalo\u017eili Centrum du\u00e1lneho vzdel\u00e1vania Volkswagen Slovakia. \u0160kol\u00edme tam mechatronikov, elektronikov pre automatiza\u010dn\u00fa techniku a priemyseln\u00fdch mechanikov. V roku 2015 sa dostalo do slovensk\u00fdch z\u00e1konov aj du\u00e1lne vzdel\u00e1vanie. Okrem toho \u00fazko spolupracujeme aj s technick\u00fdmi univerzitami na Slovensku. Takto sme etablovali napr\u00edklad Program IngA \u2013 In\u017einier v automobilovom priemysle a \u0161tudijn\u00e9 zameranie Automobilov\u00e1 produkcia na Slovenskej technickej univerzite v Bratislave.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ak\u00fd je v\u00e1\u0161 n\u00e1zor, \u017ee fabrika, ktor\u00fa Volkswagen v Bratislave k\u00fapil a ktor\u00e1 vyr\u00e1bala v 80. rokoch minul\u00e9ho storo\u010dia sotva zop\u00e1r tis\u00edc automobilov nie najlep\u0161ej kvality, je dnes z\u00e1vod, ktor\u00fd je \u0161pi\u010dkou koncernu Volkswagen? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neust\u00e1le pracujeme na na\u0161ej konkurencieschopnosti a inov\u00e1ci\u00e1ch v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch procesov. Na\u0161i zamestnanci musia z\u00e1rove\u0148 zvl\u00e1da\u0165 komplexitu v\u0161etk\u00fdch zna\u010diek. To z n\u00e1s rob\u00ed d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165\u00a0v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho celku Volkswagenu a z\u00e1rove\u0148 to d\u00e1va stabiln\u00fa bud\u00facnos\u0165 Slovensku. Volkswagen Slovakia je a bude sa spolupodie\u013ea\u0165 na \u0161pici automobilov\u00e9ho priemyslu. S na\u0161\u00edm t\u00edmom sme v posledn\u00fdch rokoch urobili v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 kroky dopredu. Do bud\u00facnosti sa pozer\u00e1me s odvahou aj v\u00e1\u0161\u0148ou.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010co si mysl\u00edte, ak\u00fd \u010fal\u0161\u00ed fenom\u00e9n bude v automobilovom priemysle? Kam sa svet automobilov bude najbli\u017e\u0161\u00edch 100 rokov ubera\u0165? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Celkom jednozna\u010dne digitaliz\u00e1cia. Pre n\u00e1s znamen\u00e1 r\u00fdchly rozvoj, krat\u0161ie v\u00fdrobn\u00e9 cykly, e\u0161te v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu bl\u00edzkos\u0165 k z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi. Zmen\u00ed v\u0161etky oddelenia podniku, v\u00fdrobn\u00e9 i nev\u00fdrobn\u00e9. Technol\u00f3gie priemyslu 4.0 n\u00e1m napr\u00edklad umo\u017enia vyr\u00e1ba\u0165 e\u0161te individualizovanej\u0161ie, efekt\u00edvnej\u0161ie a ekologickej\u0161ie automobily. A novodob\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie \u201eBig Data\u201c n\u00e1m bud\u00fa pom\u00e1ha\u0165 v nev\u00fdrobn\u00fdch \u00fasekoch viac zo\u0161t\u00edh\u013eova\u0165 a zefekt\u00edv\u0148ova\u0165. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 digitaliz\u00e1cia stavia doteraz platn\u00e9 marketingov\u00e9 princ\u00edpy na hlavu. Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk je v\u010faka digit\u00e1lnym kan\u00e1lom informovan\u00fd lep\u0161ie ako kedyko\u013evek predt\u00fdm. Nov\u00e9 rie\u0161enia vy\u017eaduje \u010doraz r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie. Na to mus\u00edme reagova\u0165 aj my. Za 100 rokov m\u00f4\u017ee vyzera\u0165 mobilita \u00faplne inak. \u010co sme videli v science-fiction filmoch u\u017e nemus\u00ed by\u0165 len v\u00edziou bud\u00facnosti.<\/p>\n V\u00fdrobn\u00e1 hala automobilka Volkswagen v Bratislave. Prezrad\u00edte n\u00e1m, ak\u00e9 s\u00fa tie va\u0161e? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mana\u017e\u00e9r by mal st\u00e1\u0165 za svoj\u00edm t\u00edmom, nie pred n\u00edm a u\u017e v\u00f4bec nie na \u0148om. Neznamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee by sa mal za neho skr\u00fdva\u0165.
