Z\u00e1kladn\u00e1 \u0161kola, trenky a\u00a0tri\u010dko, n\u00fatia v\u00e1s be\u017ea\u0165 dvan\u00e1s\u0165min\u00fatovku na \u0161kolskom okruhu. Ni\u010d pr\u00edjemn\u00e9, ni\u010d pozit\u00edvne. Je iba m\u00e1lo z\u00a0n\u00e1s, ktor\u00ed by na tento z\u00e1\u017eitok mali pekn\u00e9 spomienky. A\u00a0zrazu je len rovnako m\u00e1lo z\u00a0n\u00e1s t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed aspo\u0148 rekrea\u010dne ne\u0161portuj\u00fa a nez\u00fa\u010dastnili sa nejak\u00e9ho be\u017eeck\u00e9ho (pr\u00edpadne cyklistick\u00e9ho, triatlonov\u00e9ho alebo inline) preteku. \u010co sa, preboha, stalo, \u017ee sme zrazu prepadli tomu \u010dudn\u00e9mu prekladaniu nohy nohou a\u00a0rozh\u00fdbali sa a\u00a0dokonca n\u00e1s to bav\u00ed nato\u013eko, \u017ee sme pre to schopn\u00ed tak ve\u013ea obetova\u0165?<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>Beh sa za posledn\u00e9 roky stal spolo\u010densk\u00fd fenom\u00e9n a\u00a0to je len dobre. Samozrejme, tak ako v\u0161etko v\u00a0\u017eivote, pokia\u013e to rob\u00edte s\u00a0mierou a\u00a0rozumom. Pre mnoh\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed sa v\u0161ak stal neoddelite\u013enou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou ich ka\u017edodenn\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Pre\u010do je tomu tak, by sa dalo diskutova\u0165 donekone\u010dna. Nechcem rozobera\u0165 klady a\u00a0z\u00e1pory \u0161portu ako tak\u00e9ho a\u00a0behania obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165, n\u00e1zory s\u00fa v\u017edy r\u00f4zne. Samozrejme, ka\u017ed\u00fd je r\u00e1d chv\u00ed\u013eu s\u00e1m a\u00a0aj s\u00e1m si zabeh\u00e1, ale be\u017eci tr\u00e1via v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu \u010dasu v\u00a0skupin\u00e1ch, parti\u00e1ch, stret\u00e1vaj\u00fa sa na tr\u00e9ningu spolo\u010dne. Pripravuj\u00fa sa na beh spolo\u010dne (napr\u00edklad aj k\u00fapou vhodnej obuvi \u010di oble\u010denia), tr\u00e9nuj\u00fa spolu, ve\u013eakr\u00e1t aj regeneruj\u00fa, stret\u00e1vaj\u00fa sa na pretekoch \u010di ve\u013emi aktu\u00e1lne spolo\u010dne organizuj\u00fa be\u017eeck\u00e9 v\u00fdlety na Slovensku a v\u00a0zahrani\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Vytv\u00e1ra sa partia, ktor\u00e1 m\u00e1 spolo\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00e1ujmy, spolo\u010dn\u00e9 ciele a, \u010do je ve\u013emi podstatn\u00e9, vie si vz\u00e1jomne pom\u00f4c\u0165 a\u00a0potiahnu\u0165 sa. Ka\u017ed\u00fd pozn\u00e1 tr\u00e9ning \u010di pretek, ke\u010f \u201emu nejde\u201c a\u00a0kamar\u00e1t mu pom\u00f4\u017ee \u010di podpor\u00ed ho slovne alebo potleskom , vie oceni\u0165 jeho snahu a\u00a0vyjadr\u00ed mu re\u0161pekt. Alebo ak mami\u010dka po p\u00f4rode op\u00e4tovne za\u010dne \u0161portova\u0165 a\u00a0zabehne desa\u0165kilometrov\u00fd beh alebo polmarat\u00f3n, \u010di sa v\u00f4bec odhodl\u00e1 \u0161portova\u0165. Pr\u00edkladov s\u00fa tis\u00edce a \u010dlovek\u00a0ve\u013emi r\u00fdchlo zist\u00ed, \u017ee v\u017edy s\u00fa dni lep\u0161ie a hor\u0161ie a\u00a0\u017ee pre \u00faspech treba aj ve\u013ea obetova\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Ciele s\u00fa r\u00f4zne, pre niekoho je to v\u00f4bec sa rozh\u00fdba\u0165 a\u00a0odbehn\u00fa\u0165 p\u00e4\u0165 kilometrov, pre in\u00e9ho je to zabehn\u00fa\u0165 marat\u00f3n pod tri hodiny. Ja som si napr\u00edklad nevedel e\u0161te pred nejak\u00fdm \u010dasom predstavi\u0165, \u017ee zabehnem \u010do i\u00a0len polmarat\u00f3n \u2013 a tento rok som zvl\u00e1dol dva.<\/p>\n<p>Podstatn\u00e9 je, \u017ee na konci sna\u017eenia (a nemus\u00ed to by\u0165 v\u017edy len pretek a\u00a0dosiahnut\u00fd \u010das \u010di odbehnut\u00e1 vzdialenos\u0165, ale aj norm\u00e1lny v\u0161edn\u00fd tr\u00e9ningov\u00fd beh) m\u00e1te ten \u201ewaaaauuu\u201c pocit, \u017ee \u201edok\u00e1zal som to, prekonal som sa, urobil som nie\u010do pre seba, unavil som svoje telo tak, \u017ee mi to rob\u00ed dobre.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>&#8230; toto je t\u00e1 prv\u00e1 esencia, ktor\u00e1, pod\u013ea m\u0148a, z\u00a0behu spravila aktu\u00e1lny fenom\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n Telekom Night Run 2016\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00e1 druh\u00e1<\/strong> sa mo\u017eno \u010diasto\u010dne dot\u00fdka prvej a\u00a0ja ju za\u017e\u00edvam nieko\u013ekokr\u00e1t za rok. \u010casto sa n\u00e1s p\u00fdtaj\u00fa, \u010do l\u00e1ka \u013eud\u00ed na \u00fa\u010das\u0165 na ve\u013ek\u00fdch mestsk\u00fdch behoch, ako je napr\u00edklad v\u00a0slovensk\u00fdch re\u00e1li\u00e1ch aj n\u00e1\u0161 bratislavsk\u00fd \u010cSOB Bratislava marathon?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Moja odpove\u010f je ve\u013emi jednoduch\u00e1<\/strong>: Ako fan\u00fa\u0161ik \u0161portu viete za\u017ei\u0165 super em\u00f3cie, fand\u00edte svojmu ob\u013e\u00faben\u00e9mu klubu, ste na super z\u00e1pase, na v\u00fdbornom \u0161tadi\u00f3ne, va\u0161e mu\u017estvo vyhr\u00e1, vid\u00edte g\u00f3l \u010di perfektn\u00fd \u00fader, v\u0161etko vo v\u00e1s vyvol\u00e1 pozit\u00edvne em\u00f3cie. Ale vy ste vtedy div\u00e1k a\u00a0v\u00a0centre diania je niekto in\u00fd: va\u0161e ob\u013e\u00faben\u00e9 dru\u017estvo \u010di \u0161portovec, na neho sa upiera zrak v\u0161etk\u00fdch, on je ten \u201ehrdina\u201c. Pri behu ste v\u00a0ale stredobode pozornosti vy. Vy ste t\u00ed, ktor\u00fdch rodina, kamar\u00e1ti, zn\u00e1mi a tie\u017e be\u017en\u00ed okoloid\u00faci povzbudzuj\u00fa popri trati behu a\u00a0dod\u00e1vaj\u00fa energiu. Vy ste t\u00ed, ktor\u00ed dv\u00edhaj\u00fa ruky a\u00a0hrdo pret\u00ednaj\u00fa cie\u013eov\u00fa p\u00e1sku pri dobehu do cie\u013ea. Vy ste t\u00ed, ktor\u00ed dostan\u00fa medailu na krk a\u00a0py\u0161ne ju nosia aj cel\u00fd de\u0148 a\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00fd si ju chce pozrie\u0165. Vy ste t\u00ed, ktor\u00ed svoju fotku zavesia na Facebook a\u00a0pochv\u00e1lia sa \u0148ou a\u00a0dostan\u00fa uznanie a re\u0161pekt, \u010dastokr\u00e1t aj od cudz\u00edch \u013eud\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Na behu ste skr\u00e1tka vy t\u00e1 hviezda, vy ten hrdina, ktor\u00fd je stredobodom pozornosti a\u00a0na ktor\u00e9ho sa \u013eudia pozeraj\u00fa a\u00a0jeho snahu a\u00a0v\u00fdkon ocenia a\u00a0obdivuj\u00fa. A\u00a0aby ste ma dobre pochopili, nehovor\u00edm o\u00a0dosiahnutom \u0161portovom v\u00fdkone (\u010dase).
