Mnoh\u00ed sme si v nich na\u0161li sp\u00f4sob, ako osta\u0165 v kontakte so svojimi bl\u00edzkymi \u010di priate\u013emi a ako sa s nimi podeli\u0165 o svoje z\u00e1\u017eitky.<\/p>\n<p>Ned\u00e1vny prieskum* v\u0161ak uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee aktivity na soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach v n\u00e1s m\u00f4\u017eu vyvola\u0165 aj negat\u00edvne pocity. Vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine pr\u00edpadov i\u0161lo o sklamanie z nedosiahnutia o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00e9ho po\u010dtu \u201elajkov\u201c, pri\u010dom 42 % respondentov sa priznalo k \u017eiarlivosti, ke\u010f ich zn\u00e1mi boli \u00faspe\u0161nej\u0161\u00ed so svojimi pr\u00edspevkami ako oni. A nezriedka sa n\u00e1jdu aj tak\u00ed, ktor\u00fdch \u0161\u0165astnej\u0161\u00ed \u017eivot priate\u013eov na soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach priv\u00e1dza k z\u00e1visti a frustr\u00e1cii.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n Soci\u00e1lne siete s\u00fa dobr\u00fd n\u00e1stroj, ktor\u00fd sa ale \u013eahko m\u00f4\u017ee sta\u0165 nepriazniv\u00fdm pre na\u0161u du\u0161evn\u00fa pohodu.\n<p>Prieskum, ktor\u00e9ho sa z\u00fa\u010dastnilo 16 750 respondentov z cel\u00e9ho sveta, odhalil frustr\u00e1ciu \u013eud\u00ed zo soci\u00e1lnych m\u00e9di\u00ed. Uk\u00e1zalo sa, \u017ee \u013eudia \u010dasto op\u00fa\u0161\u0165aj\u00fa soci\u00e1lne siete s negat\u00edvnymi pocitmi, a to z r\u00f4znych d\u00f4vodov. Tie v mnoh\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch dokonca potla\u010dia v\u0161etky pozit\u00edvne z\u00e1\u017eitky \u010di sk\u00fasenosti.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina \u013eud\u00ed (65 %) vyu\u017e\u00edva soci\u00e1lne siete na to, aby ostala v kontakte s priate\u013emi, zn\u00e1mymi \u010di kolegami, alebo len kv\u00f4li pobaveniu (60 %). Mnoh\u00ed tr\u00e1via hodiny vytv\u00e1ran\u00edm vlastn\u00e9ho digit\u00e1lneho profilu pln\u00e9ho pozit\u00edvnych momentov, uverej\u0148uj\u00fa pr\u00edspevky, ktor\u00e9 ich zaujali \u010di pobavili (61 %) a s ve\u013ekou ob\u013eubou zdie\u013eaj\u00fa svoje z\u00e1\u017eitky z dovoleniek \u010di pr\u00e1zdnin (43 %).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n Fotky z dovoleniek a akt\u00edvneho \u017eivotn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu s\u00fa pre mnoh\u00fdch d\u00f4vodom na frustr\u00e1ciu, \u017ee tak ne\u017eij\u00fa tie\u017e. Len\u017ee tak\u00e9to pr\u00edspevky s\u00fa tie\u017e iba ak\u00fdmsi v\u00fdrezom zo \u017eivota in\u00fdch, nemali by sme im priklada\u0165 pr\u00edli\u0161 ve\u013ek\u00fa hodnotu alebo sa pre ne c\u00edti\u0165 zle.\n<p>Nie je preto prekvapuj\u00face, \u017ee a\u017e 72 % \u013eud\u00ed vad\u00ed na soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach reklama, ktor\u00e1 je pod\u013ea nich st\u00e1le dotieravej\u0161ia a preru\u0161uje ich v online komunik\u00e1cii. D\u00f4vodov na frustr\u00e1ciu je v\u0161ak ove\u013ea viac. Napriek tomu, \u017ee sa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina te\u0161\u00ed z interakcie na soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach, nie v\u017edy odch\u00e1dzaj\u00fa zo svojej online n\u00e1v\u0161tevy s pozit\u00edvnymi pocitmi. Rozpa\u010dito na nich m\u00f4\u017eu p\u00f4sobi\u0165 napr\u00edklad aj vesel\u00e9 pr\u00edspevky priate\u013eov pln\u00e9 z\u00e1\u017eitkov z dovoleniek, osl\u00e1v \u010di in\u00fdch \u00faspechov. Preto\u017ee pr\u00e1ve tie m\u00f4\u017eu v \u013eu\u010foch vyvola\u0165 z\u00e1vis\u0165, ba dokonca \u017eiarlivos\u0165 nad t\u00fdm, \u017ee si niekto u\u017e\u00edva \u017eivot viac ne\u017e oni. V prieskume toti\u017e uviedlo napr\u00edklad a\u017e 59 % respondentov, \u017ee boli ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00ed po vzhliadnut\u00ed pr\u00edspevkov z osl\u00e1v, na ktor\u00e9 neboli pozvan\u00ed. V mnoh\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch (45 %) vyvolali v \u013eu\u010foch negat\u00edvne em\u00f3cie aj \u0161\u0165astn\u00e9 pr\u00edspevky z dovoleniek. Rovnako frustruj\u00faco p\u00f4sob\u00ed na niektor\u00fdch prezeranie si vlastn\u00fdch pr\u00edspevkov z minulosti, najm\u00e4 ak maj\u00fa pocit, \u017ee kedysi pre\u017e\u00edvali ove\u013ea priaznivej\u0161ie obdobie ako v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>K podobn\u00fdm z\u00e1verom do\u0161iel aj \u010fal\u0161\u00ed z prieskumov spolo\u010dnosti zameran\u00fd na vz\u0165ah pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013eov k soci\u00e1lnym sie\u0165am. V \u0148om a\u017e 78 % percent respondentov potvrdilo, \u017ee zva\u017euj\u00fa zru\u0161enie svojho profilu na soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach, no boja sa straty svojich digit\u00e1lnych spomienok, fotografi\u00ed \u010di kontaktu s priate\u013emi. Udr\u017eanie kontaktu s priate\u013emi a bl\u00edzkymi m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 problematick\u00e9.
