Z v\u00fdlu\u010dne rastlinnej stravy skr\u00e1tka nemus\u00ed priemern\u00fd \u010dlovek vedie\u0165 fungova\u0165 zdravo a dlhodobo. Podstatou jedn\u00e9ho aj druh\u00e9ho sp\u00f4sobu stravovania je uvedomenie si s\u00fa\u010dasnej situ\u00e1cie na Zemi a faktu, \u017ee u\u017e \u013eudstvo nie je odk\u00e1zan\u00e9 na brutalitu, ktor\u00e1 je neoddelite\u013enou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou chovu zvierat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aby v\u0161ak bolo mo\u017en\u00e9 tento nov\u00fd sp\u00f4sob stravovania uplatni\u0165 ako \u0161tandard, bolo by potrebn\u00e9 rie\u0161i\u0165 a vyrie\u0161i\u0165 aj ot\u00e1zku chudoby. Ve\u010f nech nejak\u00fd veg\u00e1n vysvet\u013euje hladuj\u00facim, \u017ee by nemali jes\u0165 m\u00e4so a ani pi\u0165 mlieko, lebo ch\u00fa\u010fa prasiatko preto muselo zomrie\u0165, kravi\u010dku bolo potrebn\u00e9 podoji\u0165 a ch\u00fdbaj\u00face \u017eiviny m\u00f4\u017eu predsa doplni\u0165 z drah\u00fdch v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch doplnkov. Takto to fungova\u0165 nebude nikdy. Veg\u00e1nstvo a vegetari\u00e1nstvo s\u00fa dobrou vo\u013ebou, ak by sme \u017eili v modernej, vyspelej a zdravej spolo\u010dnosti bez nedostatku.
