Ako je to dnes?<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Rok 2017<\/h2>\n<p><strong>V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti naj\u010dastej\u0161\u00edm sp\u00f4sobom pou\u017eitia automobilu je:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; vlastn\u00edctvo (10%)<\/strong><br \/>\nN\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd sp\u00f4sob n\u00e1kupu vlastnenia a \u00fadr\u017eby, ktor\u00e9 trv\u00e1 zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161a 5-8 rokov (v z\u00e1tvorke uveden\u00e9 priemern\u00e9 % \u013eud\u00ed \u010do uveden\u00fa slu\u017ebu vyu\u017e\u00edva)<br \/>\nNa k\u00fapu automobilu si mus\u00edme zaobstara\u0165 finan\u010dn\u00e9 prostriedky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; finan\u010dn\u00fd leasing (55%)<\/strong><br \/>\nJednoduch\u0161ia forma n\u00e1kupu automobilu prostredn\u00edctvom finan\u010dnej in\u0161tit\u00facie (banka, leasingov\u00e1 spolo\u010dnos\u0165) s pr\u00e1vom k\u00fapi\u0165 automobil po vopred dohodnutej dobe a cene.<br \/>\nNa k\u00fapu automobilu si zaobstar\u00e1me finan\u010dn\u00e9 prostriedky v leasingovej spolo\u010dnosti, zlo\u017e\u00edme akont\u00e1ciu a plat\u00edme mesa\u010dn\u00e9 spl\u00e1tky, na konci spl\u00e1cania sa automobil za dopredu dohodnut\u00fa minim\u00e1lnu \u010diastku st\u00e1va na\u0161\u00edm majetkom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; operat\u00edvny leasing (20%)<\/strong><br \/>\nN\u00e1kup automobilu OL spolo\u010dnos\u0165ou, ktor\u00e1 sa star\u00e1 o n\u00e1kup, prev\u00e1dzku a mi plat\u00edme len znehodnotenie, \u00farok a slu\u017eby po dobu, ktor\u00fa si ur\u010d\u00edme, \u017ee vozidlo chceme pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165. Modern\u00fd nastroj<br \/>\npou\u017eitia, \u017eia\u013e nie a\u017e tak ve\u013emi flexibiln\u00fd ako by to spotrebite\u013e o\u010dak\u00e1val. Ide o vylep\u0161en\u00fa formu finan\u010dn\u00e9ho leasingu.
