V porovnan\u00ed s tradi\u010dn\u00fdm postupom v\u00fdstavby t\u00e1to nadrozmern\u00e1 3D tla\u010d nahr\u00e1va do kariet aj kreat\u00edvnej architekt\u00fare.<\/p>\n Houben Van Mierlo &#8211; Milestone\n<p>Holandsk\u00ed architekti Houben a Van Mierlo ned\u00e1vno prezentovali p\u00f4sobiv\u00fd n\u00e1vrh stavieb vytvoren\u00fdch pomocou 3D tla\u010de, ktor\u00e9 pon\u00fakaj\u00fa alternat\u00edvu k mestsk\u00e9mu i vidieckemu sp\u00f4sobu b\u00fdvania.<\/p>\n<p>Projekt s n\u00e1zvom Milestone (M\u00ed\u013enik) pred zop\u00e1r rokmi vznikal pri Eindhovene a predstavoval b\u00fdvanie formou samostatn\u00fdch bytov\u00fdch jednotiek s nekonven\u010dn\u00fdm dizajnom, ktor\u00e9 prirodzene dop\u013a\u0148aj\u00fa pr\u00edrodn\u00e9 prostredie.<\/p>\n<p>Jednotliv\u00e9 mezonetov\u00e9 dom\u010deky vyzeraj\u00fa ako vysok\u00e9 kamene s vyh\u013aben\u00fdmi oknami. P\u00f4dorys dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed je ve\u013emi kompaktn\u00fd, obytn\u00e9 jednotky tvoria pomyslen\u00fd kruh, v strede kompoz\u00edcie je priestor na susedsk\u00e9 spolo\u010denstvo, hry a stretnutia. Realiz\u00e1cia projektu sa uskuto\u010dn\u00ed postupne, pri\u010dom sa pou\u017eij\u00fa prefabrikovan\u00e9 bet\u00f3nov\u00e9 prvky. Amb\u00edciou tvorcov je posledn\u00fd z domov vytvori\u0165 priamo na mieste.<\/p>\n<p>Od roku 2018, kedy sa o tejto t\u00e9me informovalo viac, v\u0161ak ubehlo dos\u0165 \u010dasu na zhodnotenie, \u010di sa tento projekt vydaril. Pravdou je, \u017ee hoci sa firme podarilo nie\u010do zrealizova\u0165, vo v\u00fdsledku to v\u0161ak nevyzer\u00e1 rozhodne tak pekne, ako na vtedaj\u0161\u00edch vizualiz\u00e1ci\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>S odli\u0161n\u00fdm, ale nemenej zauj\u00edmav\u00fdm konceptom b\u00fdvania prich\u00e1dza <strong>portugalsk\u00e9 \u0161t\u00fadio s n\u00e1zvom Friday<\/strong>. Projekt <strong>Floatwing<\/strong> je vo svojej podstate hausb\u00f3tom, ktor\u00e9 sa v posledn\u00fdch rokoch \u00faspe\u0161ne udom\u00e1c\u0148uj\u00fa aj v Bratislave a celkovo na Slovensku.<\/p>\n<p>V minulosti boli hausb\u00f3ty alternat\u00edvou k chat\u00e1m, dnes maj\u00fa plnohodnotn\u00e9 interi\u00e9ry s kompletnou technickou vybavenos\u0165ou a vysok\u00fdm komfortom.<\/p>\n<p>Od tradi\u010dn\u00fdch hausb\u00f3tov sa Floatwing odli\u0161uje modularitou vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho priestoru.
