Nie je to chyba pois\u0165ovne, ale v\u00e1s a sprostredkovate\u013ea, preto\u017ee ste nedbali na rozsah ochrany.\n<h3><b>Poistn\u00e1 ochrana<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ak si klient dojedn\u00e1va poistenie, mal by zmluvu rie\u0161i\u0165 s profesion\u00e1lom. St\u00e1va sa \u010dasto, \u017ee u nov\u00fdch klientov vid\u00edm zmluvy, kde boli dojednan\u00e9 len z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 ochrany. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je \u0165a\u017eko poveda\u0165, kto je v takomto pr\u00edpade zodpovedn\u00fd. Nesie zodpovednos\u0165 \u010dlovek, ktor\u00fd zostavil poistenie pod\u013ea klientovej ochoty plati\u0165? Alebo klient, ktor\u00fd si myslel, \u017ee tak\u00e1 situ\u00e1cia nenastane a nepotrebuje na \u0148u v poisten\u00ed myslie\u0165?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00f4\u017ee za to <strong>finan\u010dn\u00e1 (ne)gramotnos\u0165<\/strong> a to, \u017ee sa o svoju ochranu \u013eudia nezauj\u00edmaj\u00fa a poistenie ber\u00fa na \u013eahk\u00fa v\u00e1hu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Odpor\u00fa\u010danie na z\u00e1ver<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ak sa zostavuje poistenie, malo by sp\u013a\u0148a\u0165 komplexn\u00e9 rie\u0161enie ochrany.
