Presne takto sa c\u00edti v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina obyvate\u013eov juhov\u00fdchodnej \u00c1zie, ke\u010f zac\u00edtia ry\u017eu.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2><em>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 &#8222;To, \u010do pre n\u00e1s znamen\u00e1 chlieb, pre nich znamen\u00e1 ry\u017ea.&#8220;<\/em><\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Ide v\u00a0podstate o\u00a0obilninu, ktor\u00fa pozn\u00e1me aj v\u00a0na\u0161ich kon\u010din\u00e1ch. T\u00e1to obilnina si z\u00edskala svoju priaze\u0148 aj v\u00a0na\u0161ej kuchyni a\u00a0s\u00a0rados\u0165ou ju pripravujeme. Pr\u00edprava je ve\u013emi jednoduch\u00e1; sta\u010d\u00ed voda a\u00a0pribli\u017ene dvadsa\u0165 min\u00fat varenia.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Ako to vyzer\u00e1 s\u00a0touto poch\u00fa\u0165kou v\u00a0Indon\u00e9zii? <\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>S\u00a0ry\u017eou som nikdy probl\u00e9m nemala a\u00a0popravde som sa ani nikdy nezam\u00fd\u0161\u013eala, \u010do v\u0161etko sa skr\u00fdva za jej pestovan\u00edm. Dom\u00e1ci sa ma v\u017edy p\u00fdtali, \u010do zvyknem jes\u0165 doma na Slovensku a\u00a0ke\u010f v\u00a0mojom ra\u0148ajkovom menu nepo\u010duli ry\u017eu, tak vyvalili o\u010di. Toti\u017eto ry\u017eu jedia trikr\u00e1t denne.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>RA\u0147AJKY, OBED, VE\u010cERA = RY\u017dA<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>\u010c\u00edtate spr\u00e1vne. Z\u00e1kladn\u00e1 potravina v Indon\u00e9zii je ry\u017ea, ktor\u00fa pripravuj\u00fa na mili\u00f3n sp\u00f4sobov. Indon\u00e9zania hovoria, \u017ee ak si na ra\u0148ajky nedaj\u00fa ry\u017eu ani ako keby nera\u0148ajkovali. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou ry\u017ea tvor\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00fa pr\u00edlohu na ka\u017edom jednom tanieri a k nej si prid\u00e1vate r\u00f4zne druhy zeleniny, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa na\u0161ej kuchyni na m\u00edle vzdialen\u00e9. To v\u0161etko si treba poriadne okoreni\u0165 a prida\u0165 ve\u013ea \u010dili.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jes\u0165 ry\u017eu trikr\u00e1t denne chce odvahu, no v\u017edy som si hovorila, \u017ee ide o \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl, na ktor\u00fd si treba iba zvyknu\u0165.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1><strong>Ako sa pripravuje ry\u017ea?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Ak by som mala porovna\u0165 pr\u00edpravu ry\u017ee u n\u00e1s na Slovensku a tam, ve\u013ea rozdielov by som nena\u0161la. Princ\u00edp je ten ist\u00fd, no postup sa, samozrejme, l\u00ed\u0161i ka\u017edou gazdinou. U n\u00e1s doma ry\u017eu najprv premyjeme a n\u00e1sledne ju d\u00e1me na panvicu, kde sa sma\u017e\u00ed na malej kvapke oleja pok\u00fdm nechyt\u00ed sklovit\u00fa podobu. Potom ju zalejeme vodou v pomere 1:2. A samozrejme osol\u00edme.<\/p>\n<p>Indon\u00e9zania maj\u00fa podobn\u00fd princ\u00edp, no maj\u00fa tzv. ry\u017eov\u00e9 hrnce, v ktor\u00fdch sa ry\u017ea var\u00ed pribli\u017ene dvadsa\u0165 min\u00fat. Ry\u017eu si premyj\u00fa a hodia ju do tohto hrnca bez sol\u00ed a bez oleja. Pridaj\u00fa vodu v rovnakom pomere ako to rob\u00edme my. Toto je u\u017e modern\u00fd sp\u00f4sob varenia, ale v kedysi ju e\u0161te varili na ohni a vo ve\u013ek\u00fdch hrncoch, \u010do trvalo ove\u013ea dlh\u0161ie, no chu\u0165 bola lahodnej\u0161ia.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Ak\u00fd je rozdiel v\u00a0na\u0161ej a\u00a0v\u00a0ich ry\u017ei? <\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Ry\u017eu som v\u017edy vn\u00edmala ako nie\u010do biele bez chut\u00ed, ktor\u00e1 pr\u00edde a\u017e vtedy, ke\u010f si k\u00a0nej prid\u00e1m nejak\u00fa pr\u00edlohu. Av\u0161ak teraz vn\u00edmam chu\u0165 ry\u017ee a\u00a0jej r\u00f4zne druhy. Z\u00e1sadn\u00fd rozdiel je v\u00a0tom, \u017ee my ry\u017eu v\u017edy osol\u00edme a\u00a0Indon\u00e9zania nie, \u010do v\u00f4bec nevad\u00ed, preto\u017ee ich pr\u00edlohy s\u00fa okorenen\u00e9 nato\u013eko, \u017ee to sta\u010d\u00ed aj pre t\u00fa neosolen\u00fa ry\u017eu.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou som sa zdr\u017eiavala na ostrove Java, kde bola ry\u017ea in\u00e1 v\u00a0ka\u017edej oblasti. Jedna bola s\u00fdpka, in\u00e1 zasa menej, t\u00e1 \u010fal\u0161ia bola v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia \u010di men\u0161ia. Potom to boli aj r\u00f4zne farby, ktor\u00e9 v\u0161ak vznikli pr\u00edrodnou cestou.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Ak\u00e9 druhy ry\u017ee maj\u00fa?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>V na\u0161ich obchodoch n\u00e1jdete r\u00f4zne druhy, napr. basmati ry\u017ea, ktor\u00e1 je podlhovast\u00e1 a je typick\u00e1 pre Indiu, najlep\u0161ie ak ju var\u00edte aj s rascou, potom je ry\u017ea gu\u013eatozrn\u00e1, dlhozrn\u00e1 \u010di ry\u017ea na rizoto. V Indon\u00e9zii bola iba biela ry\u017ea a kupovala sa na ve\u013ek\u00e9 dvadsa\u0165 p\u00e4\u0165 kilov\u00e9 mechy. Cena za kilo ry\u017ee sa pohybovala okolo jedn\u00e9ho eura, no z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed od sez\u00f3ny. \u010c\u00edm lep\u0161ia sez\u00f3na, t\u00fdm ni\u017e\u0161ia cena.<\/p>\n<p>Ak chceli zelen\u00fa ry\u017eu, tak do hrnca pridali nieko\u013eko \u0161pen\u00e1tov\u00fdch listov. Videla som aj hned\u00fa a \u010derven\u00fa, ktor\u00e1 taktie\u017e vznikla pr\u00edrodn\u00fdm sfarben\u00edm bez \u017eiadnej ch\u00e9mie. Najviac mi chutila \u017elt\u00e1 ry\u017ea, ktorej pr\u00edprava je trochu in\u00e1, preto\u017ee sa var\u00ed v kokosovom mlieku a kurkume. Jej n\u00e1zov je <strong><em>nasi kuning<\/em> <\/strong>a\u00a0je v\u00e1\u017ene delik\u00e1tna.<\/p>\n<p>Na Indon\u00e9zii sa mi p\u00e1\u010di to, \u017ee v\u0161etko, \u010do im pr\u00edroda d\u00e1va vedia spracova\u0165 a\u00a0nepotrebuj\u00fa okrem toho ni\u010d in\u00e9. Ak varia, tak varia iba to, \u010do n\u00e1jdu na miestnom trhu s\u00a0\u010derstv\u00fdm ovoc\u00edm a\u00a0zeleninou. Nepotrebuj\u00fa \u017eiadne supermarkety na ve\u013ek\u00e9 n\u00e1kupy, bez ktor\u00fdch by nepre\u017eili prv\u00fd v\u00edkend, \u010do pr\u00edde.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Ako sa vlastne t\u00e1to pre \u017eivot nenahradite\u013en\u00e1 obilnina v Indon\u00e9zii pestuje?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Nielen pre Slov\u00e1ka, ale aj pre ka\u017ed\u00e9ho Eur\u00f3pana je ve\u013ek\u00fdm z\u00e1\u017eitkom poh\u013ead na kr\u00e1sne terasovit\u00e9 ry\u017eov\u00e9 polia. Budem ale \u00faprimn\u00e1 a poviem, \u017ee tieto terasovit\u00e9 polia s\u00fa viac-menej iba instagramov\u00e9 a v skuto\u010dnosti sa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina z nich rozprestiera na rovine. Samozrejme z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed od typu krajiny. Na Jave je v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina pol\u00ed ploch\u00e1 ako doska, no tam, kde sa zemsk\u00fd povrch zdv\u00edha, zdv\u00edhaj\u00fa sa aj polia a buduj\u00fa kr\u00e1sne terasky, na ktor\u00e9 poh\u013ead nikdy neomrz\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Ry\u017ea sa tam pestuje zvy\u010dajne trikr\u00e1t do roka. Miestni farm\u00e1ri sa mi pos\u0165a\u017eovali, \u017ee v\u00a0minulosti to stihli aj \u0161tyri kr\u00e1t, ale v\u00a0s\u00fa\u010dasnosti to tak nie je, preto\u017ee glob\u00e1lne otep\u013eovanie im to nedovo\u013euje. Je tam obdobie sucha a\u00a0obdobie da\u017e\u010fov, ktor\u00fdch, \u017eia\u013e, ub\u00fada. Ovplyv\u0148uje to aj \u017eivot mnoh\u00fdch farm\u00e1rov, pre ktor\u00fdch pestovanie ry\u017ee predstavuje jedin\u00fd finan\u010dn\u00fd zdroj.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ry\u017eov\u00e9 polia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ry\u017eov\u00e9 polia s\u00fa zaliate vodou a\u00a0vytv\u00e1ra sa tam bahno, do ktor\u00e9ho farm\u00e1ri vstupuj\u00fa bos\u00fdmi nohami. Sk\u00fasila som si to aj ja a\u00a0mus\u00edm uzna\u0165, \u017ee je to ako celkom pr\u00edjemn\u00e1 mas\u00e1\u017e n\u00f4h. Pre t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa strach z\u00a0hmyzu, neodpor\u00fa\u010dam do tak\u00e9hoto bahna vst\u00fapi\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Ide o ve\u013emi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fa pr\u00e1cu na poli, ktor\u00e1 za\u010d\u00edna u\u017e skoro r\u00e1no, preto\u017ee na obed je slnko ve\u013emi siln\u00e9. Farm\u00e1ri sa pred slnkom chr\u00e1nia ihlanovit\u00fdmi klob\u00fakmi, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa vyroben\u00e9 z kokosov\u00fdch listov. Tieto klob\u00faky ur\u010dite pozn\u00e1 ve\u013ea z v\u00e1s z fotiek, na ktor\u00fdch vyzeraj\u00fa ve\u013emi atrakt\u00edvne. Pracovn\u00edci maj\u00fa na sebe oble\u010den\u00e9 dlh\u00e9 tri\u010dk\u00e1, aby ich nesp\u00e1lilo slnko a cez prest\u00e1vku si v\u0161etci spolu posadaj\u00fa na okraj po\u013ea, kde si rozbalia desiatu zabalen\u00fa v ban\u00e1novom liste a ide o ve\u013emi jednoduch\u00e9 jedlo, ktor\u00e9 pozost\u00e1va z ry\u017ee a nejakej zeleniny.<\/p>\n<p>Cez cel\u00e9 ry\u017eov\u00e9 pole sa natiahne dlh\u00fd \u0161pag\u00e1t, na ktorom sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa mal\u00e9 uzl\u00edky po celej d\u013a\u017eke v\u00a0rozmedz\u00ed desa\u0165 centimetrov, ktor\u00e9 farm\u00e1rovi nazna\u010duj\u00fa, kde m\u00e1 zasadi\u0165 ry\u017eu. Samotn\u00e9 sadenie je ve\u013emi jednoduch\u00e9. Na miesto, ktor\u00e9 \u0161pag\u00e1t nazna\u010duje sa do bahna zasadia pribli\u017ene dve \u010di tri sadeni\u010dky. Aj ke\u010f ide o\u00a0jednoduch\u00fa pr\u00e1cu, \u010do sa t\u00fdka sp\u00f4sobu, koniec koncov je to drina, preto\u017ee farm\u00e1ri, pov\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine \u017eeny, pracuj\u00fa takto ohnut\u00ed na poli od skor\u00e9ho r\u00e1na a\u017e k\u00fdm sa nezasad\u00ed cel\u00e9 pole. Takto sa to opakuje trikr\u00e1t za rok.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Jednoduch\u00fd \u017eivot farm\u00e1rov <\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Pre farm\u00e1rov je ry\u017ea ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1, preto\u017ee \u017eij\u00fa iba z toho, \u010do im p\u00f4da d\u00e1. Aj ke\u010f nemaj\u00fa ve\u013ea a pracuj\u00fa od vid\u00edm do nevid\u00edm, ich \u017eivoty s\u00fa pestr\u00e9 a \u0161\u0165astn\u00e9. Deti t\u00fdchto farm\u00e1rov sa zo \u0161koly pon\u00e1h\u013eaj\u00fa r\u00fdchlo domov, aby e\u0161te pomohli rodi\u010dom. U\u010ditelia toleruj\u00fa, ke\u010f \u0161tudenti nie s\u00fa pripraven\u00ed po\u010das vyu\u010dovac\u00edch hod\u00edn, preto\u017ee vedia, \u017ee spravili dobr\u00fa vec.
