V d\u00f4sledku utvrdzovania sa v spr\u00e1vnosti svojho rozhodnutia sa \u013eudia ob\u010das st\u00e1vaj\u00fa jeho zaryt\u00fdmi obhajcami a ke\u010f sa dostan\u00fa do debaty na t\u00e9mu <em>Dom alebo byt?<\/em>, sna\u017eia sa svoj n\u00e1zor obh\u00e1ji\u0165 sp\u00f4sobom, ktor\u00fd sa vymyk\u00e1 z hran\u00edc norm\u00e1lnej konverz\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n<p>Pozrime sa v\u0161ak na re\u00e1lne pre a proti domov, bytov a pripome\u0148me si tie\u017e alternat\u00edvy, ktor\u00e9 existuj\u00fa. V porovnan\u00ed s rovnak\u00fdm obdob\u00edm roku 2018 sa po\u010det za\u010dat\u00fdch bytov zn\u00ed\u017eil o 1,6 %, po\u010det dokon\u010den\u00fdch vzr\u00e1stol\u00a0o 5,6 %, uv\u00e1dza \u0160tatistick\u00fd \u00farad SR. Tento \u00fadaj hovor\u00ed o bytov\u00fdch jednotk\u00e1ch ako tak\u00fdch, teda vr\u00e1tane domov. U\u017e \u010doskoro by sme v\u0161ak mali ma\u0165 k dispoz\u00edcii ve\u013emi podrobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje o tom, ko\u013eko \u013eud\u00ed re\u00e1lne \u017eije v domoch, bytoch a dokonca aj o tom, ko\u013eko m\u00e1 byt izieb \u010di z\u00e1chodov.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Za\u010dalo sa s\u010d\u00edtavanie obyvate\u013estva 2021<\/h3>\n<p>Najrozsiahlej\u0161\u00ed projekt \u0160tatistick\u00e9ho \u00faradu SR &#8211; S\u010c\u00cdTANIE OBYVATE\u013dOV, DOMOV A BYTOV 2021 (SODB 2021) sa na Slovensku od j\u00fana tohto roka stal realitou. Za\u010dala sa prv\u00e1 f\u00e1za projektu realizovan\u00e1 v\u00a0spolupr\u00e1ci so samospr\u00e1vami zameran\u00e1 na s\u010d\u00edtanie domov a\u00a0bytov. Mest\u00e1, obce a\u00a0mestsk\u00e9 \u010dasti Bratislavy a\u00a0Ko\u0161\u00edc v\u00a0priebehu takmer dev\u00e4\u0165 mesiacov d\u00f4sledne a\u00a0prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t elektronicky zaznamenaj\u00fa \u00fadaje o pribli\u017ene dvoch mili\u00f3noch bytov (vr\u00e1tane rodinn\u00fdch domov) na Slovensku.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00fdm cie\u013eom s\u010d\u00edtania domov a\u00a0bytov je z\u00edska\u0165 vy\u010derp\u00e1vaj\u00face, objekt\u00edvne\u00a0 a\u00a0jedine\u010dn\u00e9\u00a0d\u00e1ta, ktor\u00e9 nemo\u017eno z\u00edska\u0165 z\u00a0in\u00fdch zdrojov.
