Zatia\u013e \u010do tak\u00e9 ban\u00e1ny, orechy \u010di kore\u0148ov\u00e1 zelenina maj\u00fa ve\u013emi pri pestovan\u00ed minim\u00e1lny vplyv na kl\u00edmu, tak\u00e1 k\u00e1va \u010di chov oviec nepomerne vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Ne\u00famerne viac produkcie CO2 v\u0161ak sp\u00f4sobuje v\u0161etko, \u010do s\u00favis\u00ed s chovom dobytka. V\u00fdznamnej\u0161iu \u010das\u0165 prid\u00e1vaj\u00fa emisie vznikaj\u00face pri pestovan\u00ed a chove, kde je evidentn\u00e9, \u017ee \u017eivo\u010d\u00ed\u0161ne v\u00fdrobky produkuj\u00fa emisi\u00ed v\u00fdrazne viac ako rastlinn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie priespasti medzi n\u00edzkoemisn\u00fdmi a vysokoemisn\u00fdmi potravinami, ak ich tak m\u00f4\u017eeme nazva\u0165, tvoria emisie spojen\u00e9 s po\u013enohospod\u00e1rskym procesom a dopady zmeny na vyu\u017e\u00edvanie p\u00f4dy. K\u00e1va zanech\u00e1va tak ve\u013ek\u00fa stopu pre hnojiv\u00e1, emituj\u00fa oxid dusn\u00fd. Pr\u00e1ve proces hospod\u00e1renia s p\u00f4dou m\u00f4\u017ee za drastick\u00fd n\u00e1rast emisi\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plynov pri ovciach a hov\u00e4dzom dobytku, zatia\u013e \u010do pri brav\u010dovom nie.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kravy a ovce musia tr\u00e1vi\u0165 potravu, ktor\u00fa by v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina zvierat nezvl\u00e1dala po\u017eiera\u0165 dlhodobo, ako s\u00fa tr\u00e1va a tvrd\u00fd rastlinn\u00fd materi\u00e1l. Ich \u017eal\u00fadok obsahuje mikr\u00f3by, ktor\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00fa tr\u00e1vi\u0165 potravu princ\u00edpom \u010drevn\u00e9ho kvasenia (enterick\u00e1 ferment\u00e1cia). Asi p\u00e4\u0165 percent v\u00fdjde z tr\u00e1viaceho traktu prostredn\u00edctvom vetrov, ale a\u017e 95 percent or\u00e1lne. Met\u00e1n tvor\u00ed asi 16 percent objemu, len\u017ee zachyt\u00e1va viac tepla ako CO2. Vplyv met\u00e1nu na glob\u00e1lne otep\u013eovanie je v posledn\u00fdch sto rokoch a\u017e 21-kr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ako vplyv oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho. Vy\u0161\u0161ie spomenut\u00e1 enterick\u00e1 ferment\u00e1cia vytv\u00e1ra a\u017e 28 percent v\u0161etk\u00e9ho met\u00e1nu, ktor\u00fd sa vplyvom \u010dloveka vyp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a do ovzdu\u0161ia. Pri spa\u013eovan\u00ed fos\u00edlnych pal\u00edv vznikne asi 18 percent a z biomasy tri percent\u00e1.<\/p>\n \u013dudstvom produkovan\u00fd met\u00e1n: jednozna\u010dne vedie enterick\u00e1 ferment\u00e1cia u hov\u00e4dzieho dobytka, a\u017e po nej nasleduje spa\u013eovanie fos\u00edlnych pal\u00edv.\n<p>Druh\u00fdm d\u00f4vodom, pre ktor\u00fd je chov hov\u00e4dzieho tak <em>emisne n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd<\/em>, je spomenut\u00e1 zmena vyu\u017eitia p\u00f4dy. Asi od 18. storo\u010dia za\u010dali \u013eudia prud\u0161ie vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 p\u00f4du na \u00fa\u010dely, ktor\u00e9 potrebovali. Av\u0161ak je nespr\u00e1vne domnieva\u0165 sa, \u017ee sa jedn\u00e1 o mest\u00e1, tie tvoria v celkovej bilancii zmeny p\u00f4dy na in\u00fd \u00fa\u010del fakticky nepodstatn\u00fa \u010das\u0165. Drviv\u00fa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu tejto zmeny predstavuj\u00fa potreby po\u013enohospod\u00e1rov. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti z uvedenej bilancie preva\u017en\u00fa \u010das\u0165 tvor\u00ed p\u00f4da pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 na chov dobytka a p\u00f4da vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 na pestovanie rastlinstva je na \u00fastupe. Pri zabezpe\u010dovan\u00ed p\u00f4dy na nov\u00fd \u00fa\u010del doch\u00e1dza k uvo\u013e\u0148ovaniu uhl\u00edka, ktor\u00fd bol predt\u00fdm ulo\u017een\u00fd v stromoch, rastlin\u00e1ch a v p\u00f4de.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea Voxu a\u017e 80 percent vyrubovania lesov v Amaz\u00f3nii sa deje pr\u00e1ve pre zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ovanie priestoru pre chov zvierat.<\/p>\n<p>Vox \u010falej uv\u00e1dza, \u017ee keby sme zo svojho jed\u00e1lni\u010dka celkom vyradili vysoko emisn\u00e9 potraviny, na\u0161a osobn\u00e1 produkcia CO2 by klesla a\u017e o 28 percent.
