Ani na jeho \u00fazem\u00ed v\u0161ak po\u010det mrakodrapov nedosiahol \u00farovn\u00ed z USA.<\/p>\n<h3>Bruseliz\u00e1cia<\/h3>\n<p>Napriek tomu, \u017ee sa v Bruseli nepostavil skuto\u010dn\u00fd mrakodrap, pr\u00e1ve toto mesto m\u00f4\u017ee za to, \u017ee sa ich tak m\u00e1lo nach\u00e1dza v celej Eur\u00f3pe. Tento proces \u00fadajne prebehol bez \u0161ir\u0161ieho sk\u00famania potrieb mesta a tak sa panom\u00e1rama mesta obohatila o mno\u017estvo budov bez hlb\u0161ej hodnoty. Ten sa s\u00edce \u010dasom zmiernil, no na Slovensku sme jeho svedkami aj na\u010falej. Napriek tomu sa aj v Bratislave stavia \u00faplne nov\u00fd downtown, ktor\u00e9ho s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou s\u00fa pr\u00e1ve v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00e9 budovy a tvoria kontrast medzi historick\u00fdm charakterom mesta a modern\u00fdmi pracovn\u00fdmi priestormi a obytn\u00fdmi \u0161tvr\u0165ami.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f4vod, pre ktor\u00fd sa verejn\u00e1 mienka napokon obracia v prospech urbaniz\u00e1cie a prestavby star\u00e9ho na nov\u00e9, spo\u010d\u00edva v odli\u0161nom charaktere nov\u00fdch budov. U\u017e to nie s\u00fa iba bezduch\u00e9 sklo-bet\u00f3nov\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00e9 stavby, ale priestory pre bezpe\u010dnej\u0161iu, zdrav\u0161iu pr\u00e1cu a plnohodnotnej\u0161\u00ed \u017eivot.
