Fotografia je ilustra\u010dn\u00e1.\n<p>Za posledn\u00fdch 100 rokov vakc\u00edny v\u00fdrazne ovplyvnili d\u013a\u017eku a kvalitu \u017eivota, ni\u017e\u0161iu prevalenciu \u010di dokonca eradik\u00e1ciu ur\u010dit\u00fdch nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch infek\u010dn\u00fdch chor\u00f4b, vakcin\u00e1cia zachra\u0148uje tis\u00edcky \u017eivotov ro\u010dne, udr\u017euje kolekt\u00edvnu imunitu a v neposlednom rade zabra\u0148uje ekonomick\u00fdm strat\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p>V roku 2019 vzniklo v \u010d\u00ednskom Wu-chane nov\u00e9 ochorenie COVID-19, ktor\u00e9 zapr\u00ed\u010di\u0148uje koronav\u00edrus SARS-CoV-2. V r\u00e1mci strat\u00e9gie prevencie vo\u010di COVID-19 bolo objaven\u00e9 mno\u017estvo potenci\u00e1lne \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok, moment\u00e1lne je pribli\u017ene 200 kandid\u00e1tov na vakc\u00ednu, z toho zop\u00e1r vakc\u00edn u\u017e pre\u0161lo klinick\u00fdmi testami a zapo\u010dala sa tak glob\u00e1lna vakcin\u00e1cia.<\/p>\n<h3>SARS-CoV-2 a jeho slab\u00e1 str\u00e1nka<\/h3>\n<p>V\u00edrus SARS-CoV-2 patri medzi jednore\u0165azcov\u00e9 RNA v\u00edrusy. Prostredn\u00edctvom svojho Spike glykoprote\u00ednu S sa via\u017ee na \u013eudsk\u00fd receptor ACE 2 (enz\u00fdm konvertuj\u00faci angiotenz\u00edn 2) a t\u00fdm vstupuje do bunky. A pr\u00e1ve pochopenie kritick\u00e9ho v\u00fdznamu S prote\u00ednu pre COVID-19 a jeho vstup do bunky odhalilo \u201eAchillovu p\u00e4tu\u201c v\u00edrusu. Preteky o v\u00fdvoj vakc\u00edn sa mohli za\u010da\u0165.<\/p>\n<h3>Vakc\u00edny \u2013 preh\u013ead<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Vakc\u00edny maj\u00fa za \u00falohu stimulova\u0165 imunitn\u00fd syst\u00e9m a vytvori\u0165 pam\u00e4\u0165ov\u00e9 bunky.<\/strong> Na to, aby bola vakc\u00edna \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e1, je potrebn\u00e9, aby vytvorila protil\u00e1tky proti SARS-CoV-2 a z\u00e1rove\u0148 minimalizovala ne\u017eiad\u00face \u00fa\u010dinky, medzi ktor\u00e9 patr\u00ed napr\u00edklad takzvan\u00e1 cytok\u00ednov\u00e1 b\u00farka alebo vznik vir\u00e1lnych mut\u00e1ci\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>K dne\u0161n\u00e9mu d\u0148u pozn\u00e1me <strong>viacero typov vakc\u00edn proti COVID-19<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 sa l\u00ed\u0161ia platformou, patria tu vakc\u00edny na b\u00e1ze:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 inaktivovan\u00e9ho v\u00edrusu (Sinovac)<br \/>\n\u2022 \u017eiv\u00e9ho oslaben\u00e9ho v\u00edrusu (Institute Pasteur)<br \/>\n\u2022 RNA (Moderna, BioNTech\/Pfizer, Curevac)<br \/>\n\u2022 DNA (Inovio Pharm.)<br \/>\n\u2022 prote\u00ednov\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc (Janssen Pharm., Sanofi a GSK)<br \/>\n\u2022 vir\u00e1lneho vektora (University of Oxford\/AstraZeneca, Gamaleya Research Institute)<\/p>\n<p>Eur\u00f3pska \u00fania schva\u013euje vakc\u00edny prostredn\u00edctvom nez\u00e1vislej Eur\u00f3pskej agent\u00fary pre lieky (EMA). T\u00e1 do dne\u0161n\u00e9ho d\u0148a schv\u00e1lila pre E\u00da tri vakc\u00edny, a to od spolo\u010dnost\u00ed Moderna, BioNTech\/Pfizer a University of Oxford\/AstraZeneca.<\/p>\n &quot;<strong>Vakc\u00edna na koronav\u00edrus<\/strong>\u201c &#8211; Moment\u00e1lne je pribli\u017ene 200 kandid\u00e1tov na vakc\u00ednu, z toho zop\u00e1r vakc\u00edn u\u017e pre\u0161lo klinick\u00fdmi testami a zapo\u010dala sa tak glob\u00e1lna vakcin\u00e1cia. Tie <strong>nie s\u00fa schopn\u00e9 vyvola\u0165 ochorenie, iba navodi\u0165 imunitn\u00fa odpove\u010f<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aj ke\u010f je to efekt\u00edvny sp\u00f4sob, je tu riziko vzniku mut\u00e1ci\u00ed, hlavne pri \u017eiv\u00fdch-oslaben\u00fdch v\u00edrusoch. Inaktivovan\u00e9 v\u00edrusy sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa napr\u00edklad pri o\u010dkovan\u00ed proti detskej obrne, hepatit\u00edde A a chr\u00edpke.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>RNA vakc\u00edny<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>RNA vakc\u00edny s\u00fa s\u013eubnou alternat\u00edvou prote\u00ednov\u00fdch a v\u00edrusov\u00fdch vakc\u00edn, prezentuj\u00fa sa bezpe\u010dnos\u0165ou, vysokou imunitnou odpove\u010fou a n\u00edzkon\u00e1kladovou produkciou.
