Aj mu\u017e, ktor\u00fd vyzer\u00e1 zdravo, m\u00f4\u017ee hladova\u0165, no nikdy sa k\u00a0tomu neprizn\u00e1. N\u00e1sledne za\u010d\u00edna tr\u00e1vi\u0165 hodiny v\u00a0posil\u0148ovni, napriek chorobe alebo zraneniu nie je schopn\u00fd vynecha\u0165 tr\u00e9ning a\u00a0cvi\u010d\u00ed a\u017e do \u00fapln\u00e9ho vy\u010derpania.<\/p>\n<p>Hoci bigorexia nie je zara\u010fovan\u00e1 k\u00a0<strong>poruch\u00e1m pr\u00edjmu potravy<\/strong>, \u010dastokr\u00e1t je s\u00a0nimi \u00fazko prepojen\u00e1. Okrem nadmern\u00e9ho cvi\u010denia je pre \u0148u charakteristick\u00e9 aj striktn\u00e9 dodr\u017eiavanie stravovacieho pl\u00e1nu. Ten naj\u010dastej\u0161ie pozost\u00e1va z jed\u00e1l bohat\u00fdch na bielkoviny a\u00a0chudobn\u00fdch na tuky, s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou stravy m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 aj steroidy, prote\u00edny a\u00a0in\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 doplnky.<\/p>\n<p>Jedinec m\u00e1 vytvoren\u00fd presn\u00fd harmonogram, pri ktorom konzumuje stravu ka\u017ed\u00fdch p\u00e1r hod\u00edn, aj ke\u010f nie je hladn\u00fd. Vysok\u00e9 riziko bigorexie je pr\u00e1ve u\u00a0kulturistov a\u00a0in\u00fdch \u0161portovcov.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Posadnutos\u0165 zdrav\u00fdm jedlom<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd z\u00a0n\u00e1s t\u00fa\u017ei by\u0165 zdrav\u00fd. Kupujeme bio zeleninu a\u00a0ovocie, vyh\u00fdbame sa chemick\u00fdm l\u00e1tkam a\u00a0obmedzujeme mastn\u00e9 jedl\u00e1. \u010co ak sa t\u00fa\u017eba \u017ei\u0165 zdravo zmen\u00ed na posadnutos\u0165? <strong>Ortorexia nervosa<\/strong>, alebo aj posadnutos\u0165 zdrav\u00fdm jedlom, sp\u00f4sob\u00ed, \u017ee sa jedinec vyh\u00fdba v\u0161etk\u00e9mu, \u010do nie je zdrav\u00e9, rozm\u00fd\u0161\u013ea o\u00a0jedle nieko\u013eko hod\u00edn denne a\u00a0vopred pl\u00e1nuje, \u010do zje.<\/p>\n<p>Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 ortorexiu \u010dasto akceptuje a jedincov, ktor\u00ed \u0148ou trpia obdivuje, t\u00fdm aj nevedome podporuje. Napriek tomu s\u00fa d\u00f4sledky nelie\u010den\u00e9ho ochorenia v\u00e1\u017ene. Zoza\u010diatku doch\u00e1dza k\u00a0strate z\u00e1ujmov a soci\u00e1lnej izol\u00e1cii. Podobne ako pri anorexii m\u00f4\u017ee d\u00f4js\u0165 k\u00a0v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu \u00fabytku hmotnosti a\u017e podv\u00fd\u017eive, kedy je nutn\u00e1 hospitaliz\u00e1cia.<\/p>\n Ortorexia, alebo aj strach z nezdrav\u00e9ho jedla. Rad\u0161ej zostane hladn\u00fd, ako by mal zjes\u0165 nie\u010do, \u010do je pod\u013ea neho nezdrav\u00e9, napr. m\u00e4so, \u017eivo\u010d\u00ed\u0161ne produkty alebo sacharidy.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Z\u00e1chvatov\u00e9 prejedanie sa- Binge Eating Disorder<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Aj zdrav\u00fd \u010dlovek sa ob\u010das preje, na oslave, dovolenke alebo na n\u00e1v\u0161teve u\u00a0starej mamy. Ve\u010f kto by odolal \u0161v\u00e9dskym stolom alebo babkin\u00fdm halu\u0161k\u00e1m? Je to norm\u00e1lne, pokia\u013e sa neprejed\u00e1me pravidelne. Pr\u00e1ve binge eating (BED), po slovensky z\u00e1chvatov\u00e9 <strong>prejedanie<\/strong>, je charakteristick\u00e9 nekontrolovanou konzum\u00e1ciou ve\u013ek\u00e9ho mno\u017estva jedla napriek tomu, \u017ee nie sme hladn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Za\u010darovan\u00fd kruh<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O\u00a0chorobe hovor\u00edme vtedy, ak sa osoba preje minim\u00e1lne raz za t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 po dobu troch mesiacov. Po prejedan\u00ed pr\u00eddu v\u00fd\u010ditky, hanba, pocit zlyhania.
