V\u00a0rozhovore prezrad\u00ed, \u010do je pre\u0148ho pri zdol\u00e1van\u00ed kopcov najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou <strong>motiv\u00e1ciou<\/strong>.\u00a0Taktie\u017e sa podel\u00ed o\u00a0<strong>odpor\u00fa\u010dania ako za\u010da\u0165 beh\u00e1va\u0165<\/strong> a\u00a0\u010do je pre za\u010diato\u010dn\u00fdch be\u017ecov najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>U\u017e odmali\u010dka m\u00e1te pozit\u00edvny vz\u0165ah ku \u0161portu, no beh\u00e1va\u0165 do vrchov ste za\u010dali vo veku 55 rokov, kv\u00f4li zdravotn\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom. Ste d\u00f4kazom toho, \u017ee nikdy nie je neskoro, aby \u010dlovek za\u010dal. Ako sa v\u00e1m podarilo prem\u00f4c\u0165 sam\u00e9ho seba?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je to moja \u017eivotn\u00e1 filozofia \u2013 nikdy sa nevzd\u00e1vaj. St\u00e1l som na r\u00e1zcest\u00ed. Alebo postupn\u00e1 invalidita, alebo mo\u017enos\u0165 by\u0165 zdrav\u00fd. V\u00f4bec som sa nemusel prem\u00e1ha\u0165. Chcel som \u017ei\u0165 norm\u00e1lnym \u017eivotom ve\u013ea \u010fal\u0161\u00edch rokov. Nech\u00e1pem, ako sa niektor\u00ed \u013eudia dok\u00e1\u017eu pobra\u0165 tou prvou cestou.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010co by ste odk\u00e1zali \u013eu\u010fom, ktor\u00ed by chceli za\u010da\u0165 tr\u00e9nova\u0165, no neust\u00e1le bojuj\u00fa s\u00a0lenivos\u0165ou a\u00a0s v\u00fdhovorkami? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tak\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed je, bohu\u017eia\u013e, v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina. Mali by sa nad sebou zamyslie\u0165. Predstavi\u0165 si, ako to bude s nimi vyzera\u0165 o nieko\u013eko rokov, o desiatky rokov, ak neza\u010dn\u00fa \u0161portova\u0165. Ja som si to predstavi\u0165 vedel. Ak ich ani t\u00e1to predstava nedon\u00fati, nemaj\u00fa \u0161ancu. Ako za\u010da\u0165 tr\u00e9nova\u0165, ke\u010f u\u017e sa \u010dlovek odhodl\u00e1 a hlavne, ako vytrva\u0165 a\u00a0nevzda\u0165 to hne\u010f na za\u010diatku? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00e9 je n\u00e1js\u0165 si prav\u00fd d\u00f4vod, pre\u010do chcem tr\u00e9nova\u0165. Bez toho je ka\u017ed\u00fd za\u010diatok \u0165a\u017ek\u00fd a\u00a0cel\u00e9 to potom nem\u00e1 dlh\u00e9 trvanie. A\u00a0chce to postupnos\u0165. A\u00a0vynikaj\u00face je, ak si n\u00e1jde niekoho, kto m\u00e1 rovnak\u00e9, alebo podobn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my a\u00a0chce ich tie\u017e rie\u0161i\u0165. Viacer\u00ed sa vz\u00e1jomne podporia a\u00a0potiahnu aj vtedy, ke\u010f sa niekomu in\u00e9mu nechce.<\/p>\n<p>Rados\u0165 z\u00a0pohybu, postupn\u00e9 zlep\u0161ovanie sa a\u00a0z\u00a0toho vypl\u00fdvaj\u00faca st\u00e1le v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia chu\u0165 pokra\u010dova\u0165 je z\u00e1rukou, \u017ee to bude ma\u0165 dlh\u00e9 a\u00a0mo\u017eno celo\u017eivotn\u00e9 trvanie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00daspe\u0161ne ste absolvovali\u00a0 nieko\u013eko marat\u00f3nov. \u010co je pre v\u00e1s najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou motiv\u00e1ciou pri zdol\u00e1van\u00ed n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch pretekov?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c1no, nieko\u013eko marat\u00f3nov som \u00faspe\u0161ne absolvoval. Bolo to hlavne zo zvedavosti, ako sa to be\u017e\u00ed. U\u017e ale ve\u013ea rokov s\u00fa pre m\u0148a v\u00fdzvou ultra trailov\u00e9 behy, teda behy v\u00a0hor\u00e1ch s\u00a0d\u013a\u017ekou viac ako sto kilometrov a\u00a0s\u00a0ve\u013ek\u00fdm prev\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm, teda v\u00a0poriadnych kopcoch.<\/p>\n<p>Motiv\u00e1ciou je pre m\u0148a to, \u010do je aj v n\u00e1zve mojej knihy \u2013 prekona\u0165 s\u00e1m seba. Nie je pod\u013ea m\u0148a spr\u00e1vne, ke\u010f \u010dlovek pozer\u00e1 iba po obzor. V\u017edy treba myslie\u0165 na to, \u010do je za obzorom. A\u00a0pod\u013ea toho si vybera\u0165 \u010fal\u0161ie ciele. A\u00a0okrem toho ja som aj patriot, tak\u017ee v\u017edy chcem uk\u00e1za\u0165 vo svete, \u010do dok\u00e1\u017ee mal\u00fd n\u00e1rod Slov\u00e1kov.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tr\u00e9nujete aj v\u00a0aktu\u00e1lnom obdob\u00ed? Ak \u00e1no, ako vyzeraj\u00fa va\u0161e tr\u00e9ningy a\u00a0ako \u010dasto tr\u00e9nujete?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Samozrejme, \u017ee tr\u00e9nujem norm\u00e1lne \u010falej. V\u00a0mojom veku (v\u00a0novembri budem ma\u0165 70 rokov) absolvujem be\u017eeck\u00fd tr\u00e9ning iba ka\u017ed\u00fd druh\u00fd de\u0148, aby telo malo dostatok \u010dasu na regener\u00e1ciu. Bez regener\u00e1cie by telo nedok\u00e1zalo zn\u00e1\u0161a\u0165 ve\u013ek\u00fa telesn\u00fa z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e a\u00a0forma by postupne klesala namiesto toho, aby st\u00fapala. Ale ani tie vo\u013en\u00e9 dni nie s\u00fa vo\u013en\u00e9. Fotografia: osobn\u00fd arch\u00edv \u0160.K.\n<p><strong>Ak\u00e9 s\u00fa va\u0161e \u0161portov\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny do bud\u00facna, ke\u010f sa znova vr\u00e1ti \u017eivot do star\u00fdch ko\u013eaj\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nevid\u00edm rozdiel medzi minulos\u0165ou, pr\u00edtomnos\u0165ou a\u00a0bud\u00facnos\u0165ou, pokia\u013e ide o\u00a0\u0161portov\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny. Tie s\u00fa st\u00e1le ambici\u00f3zne. Obmedzuj\u00facim faktorom je iba to, \u010di sa dan\u00e9 akcie, preteky, uskuto\u010dnia, alebo nie. Ja ver\u00edm, \u017ee svet sa spam\u00e4t\u00e1 a\u00a0znovu budeme slobodn\u00ed v\u00a0rozhodovan\u00ed, \u010do m\u00f4\u017eeme a\u00a0\u010do nie.<\/p>\n<p>Moj\u00edm tohtoro\u010dn\u00fdm vrcholn\u00fdm cie\u013eom je absolvovanie jedn\u00e9ho z naj\u0165a\u017e\u0161\u00edch svetov\u00fdch ultra behov \u2013 UTMB (Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc), naz\u00fdvan\u00fdch aj \u201eolympi\u00e1dou ultra be\u017ecov\u201c. Je to beh okolo Mont Blancu. \u0160tart je v Chamonix vo Franc\u00fazku. Be\u017e\u00ed sa cez Taliansko a \u0160vaj\u010diarsko s cie\u013eom v Chamonix. Beh m\u00e1 d\u013a\u017eku 170 kilometrov a prev\u00fd\u0161enie 10 000 metrov! \u010casov\u00fd limit na jeho absolvovanie je 46 hod\u00edn (2 dni a 2 noci). Motiv\u00e1ciou je skuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee za posledn\u00fdch p\u00e4\u0165 rokov ho nikto na svete v kateg\u00f3rii nad 70 rokov nedok\u00e1zal dokon\u010di\u0165 v \u010dasovom limite.
