{"id":7036,"date":"2021-06-22T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-06-21T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/instrid.sk\/uncategorized\/problemy-automobiloveho-priemyslu\/"},"modified":"2021-06-22T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2021-06-21T23:00:00","slug":"problemy-automobiloveho-priemyslu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/instrid.sk\/en\/archiv\/problemy-automobiloveho-priemyslu\/","title":{"rendered":"Probl\u00e9my automobilov\u00e9ho priemyslu &#8211; ako ovplyvnia slovensk\u00fa ekonomiku?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Slovensko<\/strong> sa rad\u00ed medzi <strong>automobilov\u00e9 ve\u013emoci.<\/strong> Ve\u013ek\u00e1 podpora \u0161t\u00e1tu zameran\u00e1 na produkciu s\u00fa\u010dast\u00ed <strong>automobilov\u00e9ho priemyslu,<\/strong> urobila z na\u0161ej krajiny ve\u013emoc, \u010do sa t\u00fdka <strong>po\u010dtu vyprodukovan\u00fdch \u00e1ut v prepo\u010dte na obyvate\u013ea.<\/strong> Z tohto d\u00f4vodu n\u00e1m prischol aj nie pr\u00e1ve najlep\u0161\u00ed pr\u00edvlastok &#8211; montovacia hala Eur\u00f3py.<\/p>\n<p>Pritiahnu\u0165 na trh malej krajiny, ve\u013ek\u00e9 medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e9 firmy, by sa prvotne mohlo javi\u0165 ako <strong>obrovsk\u00fd \u00faspech.<\/strong> Menej \u00faspe\u0161ne u\u017e to vyznieva, ke\u010f sa verejnosti poodhalia pracovn\u00e9 podmienky a \u010dast\u00e9, ve\u013emi <strong>n\u00edzke mzdov\u00e9 ohodnotenie zamestnancov<\/strong> v t\u00fdchto fabrik\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Slovensk\u00ed ekon\u00f3movia<\/strong> v\u0161ak v s\u00favislosti s t\u00fdmto dlhodobo <strong>upozor\u0148uj\u00fa na hroziaci obrovsk\u00fd probl\u00e9m.<\/strong> T\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom je pr\u00e1ve <strong>pr\u00edli\u0161n\u00e1 orient\u00e1cia, len na jeden konkr\u00e9tny segment priemyslu.<\/strong> Hroz\u00ed toti\u017e, \u017ee pri akomko\u013evek v\u00fdkyve v odbyte automobilov, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 sp\u00f4soben\u00fd ve\u013ek\u00fdm mno\u017estvom vonkaj\u0161\u00edch faktorov, sa ekonomika krajiny dostane na kolen\u00e1. A Slovensko sa touto cestou vydalo.<\/p>\n<p>Je pravda, \u017ee vznik t\u00fdchto tov\u00e1rn\u00ed n\u00e1m okrem mnoh\u00fdch negat\u00edvnych javov, priniesol aj ur\u010dit\u00e9 <strong>benefity.<\/strong> Po odznen\u00ed <strong>svetovej hospod\u00e1rskej kr\u00edzy<\/strong> bola toti\u017e nezamestnanos\u0165 na rekordn\u00fdch \u010d\u00edslach, a tak sa tvorba ak\u00fdchko\u013evek pracovn\u00fdch miest stala viac ne\u017e v\u00edtanou, pre zni\u017eovanie miery nezamestnanosti. Tento benefit e\u0161te upevnila pretrv\u00e1vaj\u00faca koronakr\u00edza, kedy pri\u0161lo mno\u017estvo \u013eud\u00ed, pracuj\u00facich najm\u00e4 v slu\u017eb\u00e1ch o pr\u00e1cu, av\u0161ak aut\u00e1 sa vyr\u00e1bali \u010falej. Preto do\u0161lo k <strong>rekvalifik\u00e1cii zamestnancov,<\/strong> pr\u00e1ve pre <strong>potreby automobilov\u00e9ho priemyslu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e1le sa v\u0161ak nad na\u0161ou krajinou vzn\u00e1\u0161a tie\u0148 hrozby, pripom\u00ednaj\u00faci nesl\u00e1vne obdobie americk\u00e9ho <strong>Detroitu.<\/strong> V pr\u00edpade dlhodob\u00fdch v\u00fdpadkov materi\u00e1lov, by n\u00e1m toti\u017e hrozil <strong>kolaps ekonomiky.<\/strong><\/p>\n <strong>\u0164a\u017eiari nerastov pre potreby elektrotechnick\u00e9ho priemyslu pracuj\u00fa na pln\u00e9 obr\u00e1tky. Bok po boku s kr\u00edzou sp\u00f4sobenou pand\u00e9miou COVID-19, sa toti\u017e prudko rozv\u00edja <strong>elektrotechnick\u00fd priemysel.<\/strong> Zariadenia u\u013eah\u010duj\u00face pr\u00e1cu zdravotn\u00edkom, \u010di poskytuj\u00face mo\u017enosti tr\u00e1venia vo\u013en\u00e9ho \u010dasu v dom\u00e1cnostiach, si vy\u017eiadali <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fa produkciu nerastov<\/strong> vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch v elektrotechnickom priemysle.<\/p>\n<p>Produkcia v\u0161ak nesta\u010d\u00ed pokr\u00fdva\u0165 dopyt, \u010do sp\u00f4sobuje kr\u00edzu v kr\u00edze. Spo\u010diatku sa nedostatok s\u00fa\u010diastok dot\u00fdkal len automobilov\u00e9ho priemyslu. Ve\u013ek\u00fd boom toti\u017e za\u017e\u00edva <strong>elektromobilita,<\/strong> \u010do dopyt e\u0161te n\u00e1sobne zvy\u0161uje. Mnoh\u00e9 automobilky museli opakovane zastavi\u0165 v\u00fdrobu, \u010di zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 produkciu.<\/p>\n<p>Aktu\u00e1lne u\u017e sa ale za\u010dali oz\u00fdva\u0165 aj technologick\u00ed giganti mimo automobilov\u00e9ho priemyslu. S <strong>nedostatkom polovodi\u010dov\u00fdch s\u00fa\u010diastok<\/strong> u\u017e bojuj\u00fa aj medzin\u00e1rodn\u00ed v\u00fdrobcovia techniky, ako <strong>Foxconn \u010di Samsung.<\/strong> Pod\u013ea ich predstavite\u013eov, <strong>bud\u00fa v\u00fdpadky trva\u0165 minim\u00e1lne do konca tohto roka,<\/strong> \u010do im sp\u00f4sob\u00ed obrovsk\u00e9 straty a mo\u017eno aj paralyzuje v\u00fdrobu.<\/p>\n<h3>Ohrozen\u00ed zamestnanci<\/h3>\n<p>Ke\u010f\u017ee v\u00fdrobcovia automobilov zdru\u017euj\u00fa ve\u013ek\u00fd po\u010det zamestnancov pracuj\u00facich spolo\u010dne na jednom mieste, pre neohrozen\u00e9 fungovanie priemyslu, je nevyhnutn\u00e1 aj <strong>prevencia z h\u013eadiska zdravia<\/strong>. V pozad\u00ed boja s koronav\u00edrusom, tak zamestn\u00e1vatelia za\u010dali spolupracova\u0165 so <strong>zdravotn\u00edckymi autoritami.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledkom je <strong>spustenie o\u010dkovac\u00edch centier priamo vo ve\u013ek\u00fdch podnikoch.<\/strong> Do o\u010dkovacej kampane sa u\u017e v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti zapojil bratislavsk\u00fd <strong>Volkswagen<\/strong> a o nie\u010do sk\u00f4r aj <strong>Slovnaft<\/strong>, ktor\u00ed pon\u00fakli svojim zamestnancom mo\u017enos\u0165 o\u010dkovania priamo v are\u00e1loch firiem.
