T\u00e1to, zatia\u013e predpokladan\u00e1 strata, je <strong>v\u00fdsledkom priameho vplyvu pand\u00e9mie na cestovn\u00fd ruch<\/strong> a nepriameho ovplyv\u0148ovania sektorov, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa ur\u010dit\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom naviazan\u00e9 na toto odvetvie.<\/p>\n<p>V spr\u00e1ve, na ktorej tvorbe sa podie\u013eala aj <strong>Svetov\u00e1 organiz\u00e1cia cestovn\u00e9ho ruchu (UNWTO)<\/strong> sa uv\u00e1dza, \u017ee len za rok 2020 utrpel cestovn\u00fd ruch a s n\u00edm s\u00favisiace odvetvia, <strong>celkov\u00fa stratu vo v\u00fd\u0161ke a\u017e 2,4 bili\u00f3na dol\u00e1rov,<\/strong> sp\u00f4soben\u00fa poklesom medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fdch turistov. Podobn\u00fd ekonomick\u00fd dopad m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 pod\u013ea organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed pand\u00e9mia aj v tomto roku. Pod\u013ea nich je bud\u00facnos\u0165 cestovn\u00e9ho ruchu naviazan\u00e1 na <strong>aplikovanie \u010do najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ieho po\u010dtu vakc\u00edn v glob\u00e1lnom meradle.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Nespravodlivos\u0165 vo svete<\/h3>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ve to je pod\u013ea predstavite\u013eov <strong>UNCTAD<\/strong> cestou, ktor\u00e1 zaru\u010d\u00ed bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 zamestnancom v cestovnom ruchu, ako aj jeho \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkom. Gener\u00e1lny tajomn\u00edk UNWTO <strong>Zurab Pololikashvili<\/strong> uviedol, \u017ee: <strong>&#8222;Cestovn\u00fd ruch je z\u00e1chrann\u00fdm lanom pre mili\u00f3ny \u013eud\u00ed a pokrok v o\u010dkovan\u00ed na ochranu miestnych komun\u00edt a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho re\u0161tartu cestovn\u00e9ho ruchu, je rozhoduj\u00facim faktorom pre obnovu pracovn\u00fdch miest a generovanie potrebn\u00fdch zdrojov, najm\u00e4 v rozvojov\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa od medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho cestovn\u00e9ho ruchu z\u00e1visl\u00e9.&#8220;<\/strong><\/p>\n <strong>Polopr\u00e1zdne letisk\u00e1 a st\u00e1le prib\u00fadaj\u00face obmedzenia. Aj tak\u00e1 je realita cestovania s\u00fa\u010dasnosti. | Foto: pixabay.com<\/strong>\n<p><strong>Rozvojov\u00e9 krajiny<\/strong> bojovali a st\u00e1le bojuj\u00fa s <strong>nerovnos\u0165ou v o\u010dkovan\u00ed.<\/strong> K\u00fdm niektor\u00e9 krajiny maj\u00fa nadbytok vakc\u00edn a o\u010dkovanie postupuje ve\u013emi r\u00fdchlo, in\u00e9 sa boria s ich nedostatkom a pomal\u00fdm procesom o\u010dkovania. To priamo vpl\u00fdva aj na ekonomiku prostredn\u00edctvom cestovn\u00e9ho ruchu, ktor\u00fd sa v krajin\u00e1ch s r\u00fdchlym o\u010dkovan\u00edm zotavuje. Naopak, zvy\u0161n\u00e9 krajiny hl\u00e1sia <strong>zhor\u0161uj\u00facu sa ekonomick\u00fa situ\u00e1ciu.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pre re\u00e1lnej\u0161iu predstavu &#8211; v niektor\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch hl\u00e1sia <strong>zao\u010dkovanos\u0165 na \u00farovni 60%,<\/strong> pri\u010dom v in\u00fdch \u010dasto len <strong>1%<\/strong>. Pr\u00e1ve t\u00e1to nerovnomernos\u0165 tak vo v\u00fdsledku len prehlbuje u\u017e aj tak <strong>ve\u013ek\u00e9 rozdiely medzi krajinami.<\/strong> V pr\u00edpade rozvojov\u00fdch kraj\u00edn, priamo z\u00e1visl\u00fdch na cestovnom ruchu, m\u00f4\u017ee pod\u013ea odhadov d\u00f4js\u0165 a\u017e k <strong>60% poklesu ro\u010dn\u00e9ho HDP!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Znovu funguj\u00faca ekonomika?<\/h3>\n<p>According to <strong>odborn\u00edkov z UNWTO<\/strong>, sa z aktu\u00e1lnej situ\u00e1cie ove\u013ea sk\u00f4r zotavia krajiny ako \u0160panielsko, Franc\u00fazsko, Ve\u013ek\u00e1 Brit\u00e1nia \u010di USA, v ktor\u00fdch <strong>o\u010dkovacia kampa\u0148 u\u017e d\u00e1vno be\u017e\u00ed naplno.<\/strong> Napriek tomu o\u010dak\u00e1vaj\u00fa, \u017ee <strong>obrovsk\u00e9 v\u00fdkyvy<\/strong> v cestovnom ruchu, bud\u00fa trva\u0165 <strong>minim\u00e1lne do roku 2023,<\/strong> kedy by sa pod\u013ea nich mohla situ\u00e1cia stabilizova\u0165 a po\u010dty turistov by mohli dosiahnu\u0165 tie spred pand\u00e9mie. Hlavn\u00fdmi pr\u00ed\u010dinami tak\u00e9hoto neskor\u00e9ho d\u00e1tumu s\u00fa <strong>cestovn\u00e9 obmedzenia,<\/strong> ich nejednotnos\u0165 a najm\u00e4 strach cestovate\u013eov \u010di <strong>ekonomick\u00e1 situ\u00e1cia.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n <strong>Mnoho kraj\u00edn vid\u00ed jedin\u00e9 v\u00fdchodisko v o\u010dkovan\u00ed. Preto upravuj\u00fa svoje obmedzenia, pri\u010dom zao\u010dkovan\u00fdm u\u013eah\u010duj\u00fa vstup. Nezao\u010dkovan\u00ed musia naopak prech\u00e1dza\u0165 mno\u017estvom povinn\u00fdch proced\u00far a karant\u00e9nou. | Foto: pixabay.com<\/strong>\n<p>Tento dlh\u00fd n\u00e1vrat do cestovn\u00e9ho ruchu, ak\u00fd sme poznali kedysi, si v\u0161ak bude vy\u017eadova\u0165 aj vynalo\u017eenie mno\u017estva finan\u010dn\u00fdch prostriedkov. Z tohto d\u00f4vodu za\u010dala UNWTO v spolupr\u00e1ci s region\u00e1lnymi organiz\u00e1ciami pracova\u0165 na sch\u00e9mach, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa do cestovn\u00e9ho ruchu nalia\u0165 <strong>miliardy dol\u00e1rov.<\/strong> Tie bud\u00fa prim\u00e1rne vyu\u017eit\u00e9 na <strong>podporu u\u017e existuj\u00facej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary,<\/strong> budovanie novej, \u010di <strong>posilnenie bezpe\u010dnosti v hotelov\u00fdch rezortoch a destin\u00e1ci\u00e1ch.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zistenia prezentovan\u00e9 v tejto spr\u00e1ve s\u00fa <strong>v\u00fdsledkom simul\u00e1ci\u00ed,<\/strong> ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa zalo\u017een\u00e9 v\u00fdlu\u010dne na obmedzeniach v cestovnom ruchu. Neber\u00fa ale do \u00favahy <strong>ekonomick\u00e9 stimuly,<\/strong> poskytovan\u00e9 vl\u00e1dami \u010di r\u00f4znymi organiz\u00e1ciami, s cie\u013eom stabilizova\u0165 sektor.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea spr\u00e1vy s\u00fa <strong>najviac postihnut\u00fdmi rozvojov\u00e9 krajiny, v ktor\u00fdch pr\u00edlev turistov poklesol \u010dasto a\u017e o 80%.<\/strong> Najpostihnutej\u0161\u00edmi regi\u00f3nmi sa tak stali <strong>severov\u00fdchodn\u00e1 a juhov\u00fdchodn\u00e1 \u00c1zia, severn\u00e1 Afrika a Oce\u00e1nia.<\/strong> Naopak, <strong>najmenej<\/strong> sa pand\u00e9mia dotkla cestovn\u00e9ho ruchu v <strong>Severnej Amerike, z\u00e1padnej Eur\u00f3pe a v Karibiku.<\/strong> Tieto oblasti si toti\u017e v\u010faka vz\u00e1jomnej spolupr\u00e1ci dok\u00e1zali vypracova\u0165 syst\u00e9my, ktor\u00e9 im po\u010das pand\u00e9mie zabezpe\u010dili aspo\u0148 \u010diasto\u010dn\u00e9 pokrytie dostupn\u00fdch kapac\u00edt.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>S neust\u00e1le prib\u00fadaj\u00facimi nov\u00fdmi variantami v\u00edrusov to vyzer\u00e1, \u017ee pand\u00e9mia e\u0161te ani z\u010faleka neskon\u010dila.
