To, \u010domu sme pred p\u00e1r rokmi neverili, dnes m\u00e1me v\u0161ade okolo n\u00e1s. Cloudov\u00e9 rie\u0161enia, ktor\u00e9 nahradili na\u0161e vlastn\u00e9 servery, \u010di e-commerce na dodanie r\u00f4znych typov tovarov a slu\u017eieb, ktor\u00fd n\u00e1s obk\u013e\u00fa\u010dil z ka\u017edej strany. Tak\u00fdto prienik inov\u00e1ci\u00ed\u00a0 bol zaznamenan\u00fd hlavne v elektronickom obchode a slu\u017eb\u00e1ch, av\u0161ak prenikaj\u00fa do v\u0161etk\u00fdch kateg\u00f3ri\u00ed spolo\u010dnosti a t\u00fdm p\u00e1dom ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vznikaj\u00fa nov\u00e9 odbory a slu\u017eby<\/strong> v in\u00fdch odvetviach a len sa nest\u00edhame \u010dudova\u0165, \u010do v\u0161etko bude \u013eah\u0161ie a jednoduch\u0161ie. Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 sa transformuje a my sme toho \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkmi. Cie\u013eom bolo poskytn\u00fa\u0165 slu\u017eby malej skupine \u013eud\u00ed v danej lokalite. V\u0161etci mali na to \u010das a nikto sa nikam nepon\u00e1h\u013eal.<\/p>\n<p>Av\u0161ak, ke\u010f za\u010diatkom 30. rokov 20. storo\u010dia (konkr\u00e9tne v roku 1930 v USA) otvorili supermarket s n\u00e1zvom \u201e<strong>Kroger<\/strong>\u201c poskytuj\u00faci komplexn\u00e9 tovary a slu\u017eby na ve\u013ekej predajnej ploche, bol to prelomov\u00fd krok, ktor\u00fd \u201ezru\u0161il\u201c zastaran\u00fd model samostatn\u00fdch obchodov zameran\u00fdch na ur\u010dit\u00fd \u00fazky sortiment.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee ak sa z dne\u0161n\u00e9ho poh\u013eadu na to pozrieme, u\u017e vtedy pri\u0161lo k prv\u00e9mu <strong>zru\u0161eniu star\u00e9ho<\/strong> z d\u00f4vodu z\u00e1niku a <strong>vzniku nov\u00e9ho,<\/strong> viac efekt\u00edvneho, \u0161etriaceho \u010das a peniaze kupuj\u00facim. <strong>Cie\u013eom bolo u\u0161etri\u0165 \u010das a s\u00fastredi\u0165 tovary a slu\u017eby na jedno miesto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk to obratom ocenil a v nasleduj\u00facich sto rokoch tak\u00e9to supermarkety zaplavili mest\u00e1 a meste\u010dk\u00e1 a nakoniec cel\u00fa plan\u00e9tu. Prakticky vytla\u010dili samostatn\u00e9 predajn\u00e9 jednotky. Tieto supermarkety za\u010dali pon\u00faka\u0165 nielen ob\u013e\u00fabene tovary, ale aj poskytova\u0165 slu\u017eby. \u010ci\u017ee m\u00f4\u017eeme poveda\u0165, \u017ee ide o predaj tovaru spojen\u00e9ho so slu\u017ebou, \u201e<strong>SGWS<\/strong>\u201c (sell goods with services).<\/p>\n<p>V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti ve\u013ea z nich k tomu pridali don\u00e1\u0161ku a\u017e do domu, \u010do je uzavretie celej re\u0165aze n\u00e1kup-predaj-don\u00e1\u0161ka a\u017e k z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi.<\/p>\n<p>Ale to bolo len na \u00favod, aby sme neboli prekvapen\u00ed na\u0161im pozorovan\u00edm, ako sme na tom dnes. V prvom rade pri\u0161li <strong>modern\u00e9 elektrick\u00e9 kolobe\u017eky<\/strong>, \u010di\u017ee kolobe\u017eka m\u00e1 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed dojazd a t\u00fdm aj rozsah pou\u017eitia. Predt\u00fdm sa na nich jazdilo pomocou manu\u00e1lnej sily, dnes sa o pohon star\u00e1 elektrina. Dnes nie je probl\u00e9m, aby sa \u010dlovek v obleku postavil na kolobe\u017eku a z jednej administrat\u00edvnej budovy sa premiestnil do druhej, pr\u00edpadne sko\u010dil na obed alebo ve\u010deru. Poskytova\u0165 individu\u00e1lnu potrebu v z\u00e1vislosti od toho, ako r\u00fdchlo a za ako ve\u013ea sa budeme ma\u0165 z\u00e1ujem prepravi\u0165.
