Zatia\u013e \u010do v roku 2014 ste si \u0161tvorcov\u00fd meter b\u00fdvania k\u00fapili za 1 219 eur, v roku 2020 to bolo 1 762 eur. A odvtedy cena \u010falej r\u00e1stla, v prvom kvart\u00e1li 2021 to bolo u\u017e 1 930 eur a v druhom a\u017e <strong>2 052 eur za \u0161tvorcov\u00fd meter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Je nanajv\u00fd\u0161 pravdepodobn\u00e9, \u017ee tento rast\u00faci trend sa v \u0161tatistik\u00e1ch N\u00e1rodnej banky Slovenska potvrd\u00ed aj v bilancii tretieho kvart\u00e1lu tohto roka, ktor\u00fd skon\u010dil septembrom, ale aj cel\u00e9ho roka 2021. Viac ako dvetis\u00edc eur za \u0161tvorcov\u00fd meter, to je suma, ktor\u00e1 je pre mnoh\u00fdch nielen \u0165a\u017eko predstavite\u013en\u00e1, ale najm\u00e4 \u0165a\u017eko dosiahnute\u013en\u00e1.
