Najni\u017e\u0161ie riziko spom\u00ednan\u00fdch pr\u00edhod sa podarilo dosiahnu\u0165 t\u00fdm, ktor\u00ed pili <strong>dve-tri \u0161\u00e1lky k\u00e1vy<\/strong> denne, <strong>tri-p\u00e4\u0165 \u0161\u00e1lok \u010daju<\/strong> alebo kombin\u00e1ciu <strong>\u0161tyroch-\u0161iestich \u0161\u00e1lok \u010daju \u010di k\u00e1vy<\/strong>. Pitie samotnej k\u00e1vy\/\u010daju bolo taktie\u017e spojen\u00e9 s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm rizikom vzniku oboch stavov. Av\u0161ak \u013eudia, ktor\u00ed si denne dopriali dve-tri \u0161\u00e1lky k\u00e1vy, dve-tri \u0161\u00e1lky \u010daju (celkovo \u0161tyri-\u0161es\u0165 \u0161\u00e1lok), dopadli s najlep\u0161\u00edmi v\u00fdsledkami. Milovn\u00edkom k\u00e1vy (\u010daju) sa zn\u00ed\u017eilo <strong>riziko demencie o\u00a028% <\/strong>and <strong>m\u0155tvice a\u017e o\u00a032%<\/strong> (v\u00a0porovnan\u00ed s\u00a0\u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkmi \u0161t\u00fadie, ktor\u00ed k\u00e1vu\/\u010daj vynechali).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Inform\u00e1cie respondentov v\u00fdskumu boli z\u00edskan\u00e9 z\u00a0<strong>Biobanky Spojen\u00e9ho Kr\u00e1\u013eovstva <\/strong>(UK Biobank).
