Rodiny mali v\u010faka lockdownu kone\u010dne \u010das spolo\u010dne sa nara\u0148ajkova\u0165 alebo naobedova\u0165. Av\u0161ak dom\u00e1ce prostredie sp\u00f4sobilo aj to, \u017ee sme viac ma\u0161krtili \u010di menej sa h\u00fdbali.<\/p>\n Viacer\u00e9 rodiny za\u010dali pr\u00e1ve po\u010das pand\u00e9mie spolo\u010dne jes\u0165, deti sa u\u010dili vari\u0165. Viac ako polovica op\u00fdtan\u00fdch m\u00e1 motiv\u00e1ciu h\u013eada\u0165 zdrav\u0161ie mo\u017enosti a zrete\u013ene ozna\u010den\u00e9 nutri\u010dn\u00e9 hodnoty jed\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ameri\u010danov covid-19 nau\u010dil zdrav\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1vykom. Vydr\u017e\u00ed im to?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Prieskum s cie\u013eom pouk\u00e1za\u0165 na zmeny v stravovan\u00ed u Ameri\u010danov ka\u017ed\u00fd rok realizuje aj Medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e1 rada pre inform\u00e1cie o potravin\u00e1ch vo Washingtone, D.C. Ry\u017eou nahr\u00e1dzali ch\u00fdbaj\u00face m\u00e4so, ovocie, zeleninu \u010di vaj\u00ed\u010dka.
