N\u00e1jdeme ich od vrcholov h\u00f4r, a\u017e po najhlb\u0161ie oce\u00e1ny. Tieto drobn\u00e9 \u010diasto\u010dky plastu dost\u00e1vame do svojich tiel prostredn\u00edctvom jedenia, pitia \u010di d\u00fdchania. <strong>Mikroplasty sa u\u017e objavili aj v stolici det\u00ed a dospel\u00fdch.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Mikroplasty na\u0161li v krvi a\u017e 17 z 22 testovan\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>V\u00fdskum publikoval vedeck\u00fd \u010dasopis\u00a0Environment International pod n\u00e1zvom <em>\u201eDiscovery and quantification of plastic particle pollution in human blood\u201c <\/em>(Objav a kvantifik\u00e1cia zne\u010distenia plastov\u00fdmi \u010dasticami v \u013eudskej krvi). V\u00fdskum si prisp\u00f4sobil existuj\u00face techniky na detekciu a anal\u00fdzu \u010dast\u00edc s ve\u013ekos\u0165ou len do 0,0007 mm. Vedci analyzovali vzorky krvi od 22 anonymn\u00fdch darcov, jednalo sa o zdrav\u00fdch dospel\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed. <strong>U 17 \u013eud\u00ed, \u010do je takmer 80% vzoriek, objavili plastov\u00e9 \u010dastice.<\/strong> Polovica vzoriek obsahovala PET plast, be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd vo f\u013ea\u0161iach n\u00e1pojov, zatia\u013e \u010do tretina obsahovala polystyr\u00e9n, ktor\u00fd sa pou\u017e\u00edva na balenie jedla a in\u00fdch produktov. \u0160tvrtina vzoriek krvi obsahovala polyetyl\u00e9n, z ktor\u00e9ho sa vyr\u00e1baj\u00fa ta\u0161ky.<\/p>\n<p>Niektor\u00e9 vzorky obsahovali dva alebo aj tri druhy plastov. Profesor Dick Vethaak, ekotoxikol\u00f3g z holandskej univerzity Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.uznal, \u017ee mno\u017estvo a typ plastu sa medzi vzorkami mohli zna\u010dne l\u00ed\u0161i\u0165 kv\u00f4li kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9mu vystaveniu sa plaatom pred odberom krvi. Profesor tie\u017e informoval, \u017ee u\u017e prebiehaj\u00fa aj \u010fal\u0161ie \u0161t\u00fadie viacer\u00fdch skup\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eJe ur\u010dite rozumn\u00e9 ma\u0165 obavy,\u201c<\/em> povedal profesor Vethaak pre Guardian. <em>\u201eTie \u010dastice tam s\u00fa a s\u00fa transportovan\u00e9 po celom (na\u0161om) tele.\u201c<\/em> Vethaak upozornil aj na to, \u017ee predch\u00e1dzaj\u00faci v\u00fdskum odhalil, \u017ee mikroplasty sa 10-kr\u00e1t viac nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa vo v\u00fdkaloch det\u00ed v porovnan\u00ed s dospel\u00fdmi. Deti k\u0155men\u00e9 plastov\u00fdmi f\u013ea\u0161ami preh\u013ataj\u00fa mili\u00f3ny Mikroplastov\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc denne. Dos\u0165 ho znepokojuje, \u017ee b\u00e1b\u00e4tk\u00e1 a mal\u00e9 deti s\u00fa menej chr\u00e1nen\u00e9 pred vplyvom chemik\u00e1li\u00ed a \u010dast\u00edc.<\/p>\n<p>Je v\u0161ak ot\u00e1zne, \u010do sa v na\u0161om tele s \u010dasticami plastov skuto\u010dne deje. <em>\u201eUkladaj\u00fa sa v na\u0161om tele? Transportuj\u00fa sa do ur\u010dit\u00fdch org\u00e1nov, napr\u00edklad, dost\u00e1vaj\u00fa sa cez hematoencefalick\u00fa bari\u00e9ru (bari\u00e9ra medzi krvou a mozgov\u00fdm tkanivom)? A s\u00fa v\u00f4bec tieto zisten\u00e9 hodnoty dostato\u010dne vysok\u00e9 na to, aby vyvolali (nejak\u00e9) ochorenie? S\u00farne potrebujeme \u010fal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdskum na to, aby sme to mohli zisti\u0165.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Profesor Vethaak je aj spoluautorom recenzn\u00e9ho posudku vedeck\u00e9ho \u010dl\u00e1nku, ktor\u00fd posudzoval riziko rakoviny a dospel k tak\u00e9muto z\u00e1veru: <em>\u201eS\u00farne potrebujeme podrobnej\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdskum o tom, ako mikro- a nanoplasty ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa \u0161trukt\u00fary a procesy \u013eudsk\u00e9ho tela a \u010di a ako dok\u00e1\u017eu transformova\u0165 bundy a vyvola\u0165 karcinogen\u00e9zu (viacstup\u0148ov\u00fd multifaktori\u00e1lny proces vzniku a v\u00fdvinu zhubn\u00e9ho n\u00e1doru), najm\u00e4 vzh\u013eadom na exponenci\u00e1lny n\u00e1rast v\u00fdroby platov.
