Ceny medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fdch prepr\u00e1v zaznamenali po historick\u00fdch maxim\u00e1ch zo za\u010diatku roku 2022 pokles a n\u00e1sledn\u00fa stabiliz\u00e1ciu, ktor\u00e1 trvala aj v \u010dase p\u00edsania tohto \u010dl\u00e1nku, v polovici augusta. Iba m\u00e1lokto v\u0161ak o\u010dak\u00e1val, \u017ee sa 24. febru\u00e1ra zobud\u00edme do vojnov\u00e9ho stavu medzi Ruskom a Ukrajinou, \u010do bude ma\u0165 n\u00e1sledky aj na glob\u00e1lne z\u00e1sobovanie tovarom a medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fa n\u00e1kladn\u00fa prepravu. Pri zam\u00fd\u0161\u013ean\u00ed sa nad t\u00fdm, pre\u010do plat\u00edme za tovary, ktor\u00e9 pravidelne nakupujeme \u010doraz viac ale mus\u00edme \u00eds\u0165 e\u0161te pred obdobie vojny medzi Ruskom a Ukrajinou. Prvotn\u00fdm impulzom zvy\u0161ovania cien medzin\u00e1rodnej prepravy bol toti\u017e COVID-19, ktor\u00fd prekvapil cel\u00fd svet a na ur\u010dit\u00fd \u010das takmer \u00faplne paralyzoval glob\u00e1lnu prepravu tovaru.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n Ceny n\u00e1kladnej dopravy s\u00fa ovplyvnen\u00e9 mnoh\u00fdmi faktormi, od COVID-19 po vojnu Ruska a Ukrajiny. Foto: Wiliam Wiliam\n<h3><b>Vplyv pand\u00e9mie na medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fd prepravn\u00fd trh<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Po vypuknut\u00ed pand\u00e9mie COVID-19 o\u010dak\u00e1vali firmy z\u00a0cel\u00e9ho sveta zn\u00ed\u017eenie dopytu. Po prvotnom utlmen\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch kapac\u00edt, predov\u0161etk\u00fdm v\u00a0\u00c1zii, kv\u00f4li pr\u00edsnym lockdownom, do\u0161lo, naopak, k\u00a0zvy\u0161ovaniu spotrebite\u013esk\u00e9ho dopytu vo svete, ktor\u00e9mu sa u\u017e ale v\u00fdrobn\u00e9 a prepravn\u00e9 kapacity nest\u00edhali prisp\u00f4sobova\u0165. Medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e9 logistick\u00e9 slu\u017eby sa za\u010diatkom pand\u00e9mie zachra\u0148ovali predov\u0161etk\u00fdm prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165an\u00edm a\u00a0neobjednan\u00edm extra prepravn\u00fdch kapac\u00edt, ktor\u00e9 v\u00a0s\u00fa\u010dasnosti st\u00e1le ch\u00fdbaj\u00fa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nov\u00e9 prepravn\u00e9 kontajnery a\u00a0\u010fal\u0161ie zv\u00fd\u0161enie prepravn\u00fdch kapac\u00edt s\u00fa napl\u00e1novan\u00e9 na dokon\u010denie a\u00a0uvedenie do prev\u00e1dzky a\u017e v\u00a0roku 2023. Od roku 2023 teda mo\u017eno o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165 v\u00fdrazn\u00fa stabiliz\u00e1ciu medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho prepravn\u00e9ho trhu a\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">preprava tovaru<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o\u010dak\u00e1va rovnak\u00fa konsolid\u00e1ciu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0160tandardn\u00fd prepravn\u00fd kontajner pred pand\u00e9miou bolo mo\u017en\u00e9 doru\u010di\u0165 na Slovensko s\u00a0tovarom z\u00a0\u010c\u00edny u\u017e za 2000\u20ac aj s\u00a0dodan\u00edm. Preprava tovaru a\u00a0jej \u010das od odpl\u00e1vania lode v\u00a0\u010c\u00edne a\u017e po dodanie tovaru na Slovensko sa pohyboval v\u00a0rozmedz\u00ed 40-45 dn\u00ed. V\u00a0s\u00fa\u010dasnosti s\u00fa tranzitn\u00e9 \u010dasy 55 a\u017e 80 dn\u00ed a\u00a0za tak\u00fato ist\u00fa prepravu plat\u00edme cenu vy\u0161\u0161iu o viac ako 300 %. Pred pand\u00e9miou pri\u0161lo do pr\u00edstavu ur\u010denia na\u010das cca 60 % lod\u00ed, na konci roka 2021 to u\u017e bolo iba okolo 30 %.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u017delezni\u010dn\u00e1 doprava fungovala pred pand\u00e9miou bez v\u00fdraznej\u0161\u00edch obmedzen\u00ed a\u00a0bola r\u00fdchla. Dodanie tovaru z\u00a0\u010c\u00edny na Slovensko bolo napr\u00edklad mo\u017en\u00e9 za 20-25 dn\u00ed. Medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e1 preprava rozkvitala aj v\u010faka ob\u013e\u00fabenej vlakovej preprave tovaru, preto\u017ee bola alternat\u00edvou pre r\u00fdchly medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fd presun urgentn\u00e9ho tovaru. V\u00a0druhej polovici roku 2022 sa d\u00e1 na vlakov\u00fa prepravu spo\u013eahn\u00fa\u0165 iba \u0165a\u017eko, preto\u017ee prepravn\u00e9 kapacity s\u00fa obmedzen\u00e9, vlakov\u00e9 termin\u00e1ly a\u00a0\u017eelezni\u010dn\u00e9 koridory pre\u0165a\u017een\u00e9 a\u00a0niektor\u00e9 trasy s\u00fa v\u00fdrazne obmedzen\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pred pand\u00e9miou vyu\u017e\u00edvala <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e1 n\u00e1kladn\u00e1 leteck\u00e1 preprava<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">v<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> komer\u010dn\u00e9 lety, \u010do dr\u017ealo ceny leteckej prepravy na tretine a\u017e polovici s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fdch cien. Expresom bolo mo\u017en\u00e9 doru\u010di\u0165 vzorky z\u00a0in\u00e9ho kontinentu na Slovensko u\u017e za 2 a\u017e 3 dni. Dnes je prepravn\u00fd \u010das na tak\u00e9to prepravy v\u00a0priemere t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148, \u010do je zlep\u0161enie oproti pandemick\u00fdm rokom, kedy aj dodanie expresn\u00fdch prepr\u00e1v trvalo 2 a\u017e 3 t\u00fd\u017edne. \u0160tandardn\u00e1 leteck\u00e1 preprava tovaru medzi kontinentami trv\u00e1 v\u00a0roku 2022 okolo 14 dn\u00ed, pri\u010dom pred pand\u00e9miou na tak\u00fato prepravu sta\u010dilo v\u00a0priemere 5 a\u017e 10 dn\u00ed. Medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e1 kami\u00f3nov\u00e1 preprava, ktor\u00e1 zaznamenala otrasy u\u017e pri BREXITe bola pand\u00e9miou silne zasiahnut\u00e1, najm\u00e4 kv\u00f4li zdr\u017eaniam na hraniciach a\u00a0nutnosti testova\u0165 \u0161of\u00e9rov, po ktor\u00fdch mnoh\u00ed z\u00a0nich skon\u010dili v\u00a0karant\u00e9ne, \u010do malo za n\u00e1sledok zn\u00ed\u017eenie prepravn\u00fdch kapac\u00edt, zv\u00fd\u0161enie cien a\u00a0ome\u0161kanie dodania tovaru prepravovan\u00e9ho kami\u00f3novou prepravou.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u0160tandardn\u00e1 leteck\u00e1 preprava tovaru medzi kontinentami trv\u00e1 v\u00a0roku 2022 okolo 14 dn\u00ed. Foto: Ilya Cher\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e1 preprava tovaru s\u00a0ome\u0161kan\u00edm kv\u00f4li vojne na Ukrajine\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00fd prepravn\u00fd koridor pre tovar do Eur\u00f3py smeruje z\u00a0\u00c1zie.\u00a0 V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina vlakov z\u00a0\u010c\u00edny prech\u00e1dza do Eur\u00f3py cez Rusko. Toto spojenie zabezpe\u010duje China-Europe Railway Express, ktor\u00fd ide z\u00a0\u010c\u00edny do Kazachstanu, Ruska, Bieloruska, Po\u013eska, Nemecka, \u010ceska, Franc\u00fazska a\u00a0\u0160panielska.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alternat\u00edvou je vlakov\u00fd koridor, ktor\u00fd prech\u00e1dza centr\u00e1lnou a\u00a0z\u00e1padnou \u00c1ziou. Cez tento koridor prem\u00e1vaj\u00fa vlaky prem\u00e1vaj\u00fa medzi \u010c\u00ednou, Kazachstanom, Uzbekistanom a\u017e do Eur\u00f3py, kde je za\u010diato\u010dnou zast\u00e1vkou Turecko. Tento alternat\u00edvny koridor m\u00e1 ale v\u00fdrazne ni\u017e\u0161iu prepravn\u00fa kapacitu ako u\u017e spom\u00ednan\u00fd hlavn\u00fd vlakov\u00fd koridor prepravuj\u00faci tovar z\u00a0\u010c\u00edny do Eur\u00f3py cez Rusko.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aj napriek vojne, \u0161tatistiky nazna\u010duj\u00fa, \u017ee vlakov\u00fd koridor z\u00a0\u010c\u00edny za prv\u00fd polrok 2022 v\u00f4bec neutrpel a naopak, zaznamenal 2 % n\u00e1rast pri porovnan\u00ed s\u00a0rovnak\u00fdm obdob\u00edm v\u00a0roku 2021. Za\u00a0prv\u00fdch \u0161es\u0165 mesiacov roka 2022 sa tak aj napriek rusko-ukrajinsk\u00e9mu konfliktu prepravilo a\u017e takmer 7500 vlakov\u00fdch v\u00fdprav.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preprava tovaru z\u00a0\u00c1zie, konkr\u00e9tne jej dovozcovia sa ale po\u010das vojny vyh\u00fdbaj\u00fa vyu\u017e\u00edvaniu \u017eelezni\u010dnej prepravy pre svoj tovar, preto\u017ee v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina \u0161tandardn\u00fdch pois\u0165ovn\u00ed m\u00e1 v\u00a0poistn\u00fdch podmienkach uveden\u00fa klauzulu o\u00a0v\u00fdluke poistenia v\u00a0pr\u00edpade realiz\u00e1cie prepravy cez vojnou zasiahnut\u00e9 \u00fazemie. Z\u00a0d\u00f4vodu ochrany svojho podnikania si preto import\u00e9ri \u010dasto vyberaj\u00fa n\u00e1morn\u00fa prepravu, \u010do e\u0161te viac tla\u010d\u00ed na prepravn\u00e9 kapacity.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Dovozcovia sa po\u010das vojny vyh\u00fdbaj\u00fa vyu\u017e\u00edvaniu \u017eelezni\u010dnej prepravy pre svoj tovar kv\u00f4li v\u00fdnimke v poistnej zmluve, vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa tak alternat\u00edvne formy prepravy. Medzi hlavn\u00e9 faktory ovplyv\u0148uj\u00face ceny medzin\u00e1rodnej prepravy a\u00a0logistick\u00fdch kapac\u00edt patr\u00ed zvy\u0161ovanie \u00farokov\u00fdch sadzieb, infl\u00e1cia a vysok\u00e9 ceny pal\u00edv a\u00a0energi\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zna\u010dn\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom s\u00fa aj ch\u00fdbaj\u00face prepravn\u00e9 kapacity. Jeden z\u00a05 prepravn\u00fdch kontajnerov, napr\u00edklad, le\u017e\u00ed pred pr\u00edstavom z\u00a0d\u00f4vodu pre\u0165a\u017eenia kapac\u00edt. Najhor\u0161ie s\u00fa na tom nemeck\u00e9 pr\u00edstavy, ktor\u00e9 navy\u0161e oslabuj\u00fa aj \u0161trajky zamestnancov a\u00a0t\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobuj\u00fa dodato\u010dn\u00e9 zdr\u017eania.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dopyt po kontajneroch je st\u00e1le vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ako ponuka. Aj ke\u010f v\u00a0lete 2022 do\u0161lo k\u00a0miernemu zn\u00ed\u017eeniu cien medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fdch n\u00e1morn\u00fdch a\u00a0leteck\u00fdch prepr\u00e1v a\u00a0uvo\u013eneniu kapacity hlavne leteck\u00fdch prepr\u00e1v z\u00a0\u010c\u00edny a\u00a0\u00c1zie, ide sk\u00f4r o vplyv sez\u00f3nne zn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9ho dopytu z\u00a0Eur\u00f3py kv\u00f4li dovolenk\u00e1m. N\u00e1morn\u00e1 a\u00a0leteck\u00e1 preprava v\u00a0septembri o\u010dak\u00e1va \u010fal\u0161\u00ed, v\u00fdraznej\u0161\u00ed tlak.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Ako bude vyzera\u0165 medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e1 preprava tovaru do konca tohto roka?\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za\u017e\u00edvame tie\u017e enormn\u00fd tlak na globaliz\u00e1ciu a\u00a0medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fd obchod, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa su\u017eovan\u00e9 protekcionizmom, priamym vojnov\u00fdm konfliktom medzi Ruskom a\u00a0Ukrajinou a\u00a0studenou vojnou medzi \u010c\u00ednou a\u00a0USA.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pri preprave kontajnerov naplnen\u00fdch tovarom (tzv.
