Okrem toho v\u00fdskumn\u00edci odhadli, \u017ee n\u00e1rast o\u010dak\u00e1vanej d\u013a\u017eky \u017eivota sa m\u00f4\u017ee pohybova\u0165 od 30 rokov, av\u0161ak dan\u00fd model sa m\u00f4\u017ee pou\u017ei\u0165 aj na predpovedanie n\u00e1rastu vo vy\u0161\u0161om veku.<\/p>\n<h3>Ako zlep\u0161i\u0165 kvalitu sp\u00e1nku?<\/h3>\n<p>Pokia\u013e ste sa nena\u0161li ani v jednom faktore dobr\u00e9ho sp\u00e1nku, m\u00f4\u017eete to e\u0161te st\u00e1le napravi\u0165.
