Nariadenie napokon schv\u00e1lili aj krajiny, ktor\u00e9 sa proti nemu spo\u010diatku vyjadrili protest.<\/h3>\n<p>\u201eRada E\u00da zodpovedn\u00e1 za konkurencieschopnos\u0165 schv\u00e1lila nov\u00fa emisn\u00fa normu Euro 7. Nov\u00e9 emisn\u00e9 limity pre osobn\u00e9 aj n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 aut\u00e1 nie s\u00fa tak pr\u00edsne ako v p\u00f4vodnom n\u00e1vrhu Eur\u00f3pskej komisie. Podarilo sa zjedna\u0165 aj dlh\u0161\u00ed \u010dasov\u00fd r\u00e1mec pre zavedenie normy,\u201c informuje magaz\u00edn Euractiv vo svojom pr\u00edspevku.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017e v pondelok 25. septembra pritom m\u00e9di\u00e1 informovali, \u017ee ministri Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie sa zhodli na schv\u00e1len\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu pre nov\u00fa emisn\u00fa normu EURO 7, pri\u010dom niektor\u00e9 avizovali ve\u013emi pr\u00edsne opatrenia, zatia\u013e \u010do in\u00e9 pouk\u00e1zali za vskutku z\u00e1sadn\u00e9 kompromisy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eMinistri E\u00da schv\u00e1lili nov\u00fa emisn\u00fa normu Euro 7,\u201c uviedol Denn\u00edk E. \u201eLimity pre osobn\u00e9 aj n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 aut\u00e1 nie s\u00fa tak\u00e9 pr\u00edsne ako v p\u00f4vodnom n\u00e1vrhu. Dohodol sa aj realistickej\u0161\u00ed \u010dasov\u00fd r\u00e1mec zavedenia normy &#8230; Platnos\u0165 Euro 7 mala pr\u00eds\u0165 pri osobn\u00fdch aut\u00e1ch u\u017e v polovici roka 2025, pre n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 o dva roky nesk\u00f4r. Mnoh\u00e9 krajiny to pova\u017eovali za nere\u00e1lne.\u201c uv\u00e1dza denn\u00edk.<\/p>\n<p>Oproti predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facemu a pod\u013ea automobiliek nesplnite\u013en\u00e9ho variantu Euro 7 sa napokon postavilo osem kraj\u00edn vr\u00e1tane Slovenska.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Nov\u00fa normu ozna\u010dil \u00edrsky minister Dara Calleary za variant Euro 6 a nie \u00faplne nov\u00fd Euro 7. \u00cdrsko bolo jednou zo \u0161tyroch kraj\u00edn, ktor\u00e9 sa pri hlasovan\u00ed zdr\u017eali, vr\u00e1tane Holandska, Rak\u00faska a Nemecka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Nemecko taktie\u017e vyjadrilo kritiku pre nedostatok amb\u00edci\u00ed v n\u00e1vrhu. Pravidl\u00e1 s\u00fa \u201eneprimerane pozadu za s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fdm technologick\u00fdm v\u00fdvojom,\u201c uviedol nemeck\u00fd \u0161t\u00e1tny tajomn\u00edk (EFA\/Zelen\u00ed) Sven Giegold. (zdroj textu)<\/p>\n<h3>Ak\u00e9 s\u00fa zmeny EURO 6 verzus EURO 7?<\/h3>\n<p>Rada E\u00da navrhla \u00fapravy p\u00f4vodn\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu, \u010do sa t\u00fdka emisn\u00fdch limitov pre osobn\u00e9 a \u00fa\u017eitkov\u00e9 vozidl\u00e1. V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee platia st\u00e1le emisn\u00e9 limity zo starej normy Euro 6 pre oxidy dus\u00edka (NOx) &#8211; 60mg\/km pre z\u00e1\u017eihov\u00e9 motory a 80mg\/km pre vznetov\u00e9 motory.<\/p>\n<p>Jedinou re\u00e1lnou zmenou pre osobn\u00e9 vozidl\u00e1 je, \u017ee nov\u00fdm opatren\u00edm sa bud\u00fa regulova\u0165 aj \u010fal\u0161ie l\u00e1tky, ako napr\u00edklad jemn\u00fd prach z odierania pneumat\u00edk alebo brzdenia. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee emisn\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 bud\u00fa plati\u0165 aj pre elektromobily.<\/p>\n<p>V pr\u00edpade n\u00e1kladn\u00fdch vozidiel a \u0165a\u017ek\u00fdch n\u00e1kladn\u00fdch vozidiel s\u00fa emisn\u00e9 limity pr\u00edsnej\u0161ie, aby sa vyrovnali norme Euro 6 pre osobn\u00e9 aut\u00e1. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee norma Euro 7 pre n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 aut\u00e1 prin\u00e1\u0161a aj spr\u00edsnenie emisn\u00fdch limitov.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 norma tie\u017e upravuje po\u017eiadavky na syst\u00e9m merania emisi\u00ed na palub\u00e1ch vozidiel, naz\u00fdvan\u00fd OBM (On-Board Monitoring). Tento syst\u00e9m zbiera \u00fadaje o emisi\u00e1ch, ako je mno\u017estvo \u0161kodliv\u00fdch l\u00e1tok produkovan\u00fdch vozidlom po\u010das jazdy. V\u00fdrobcovia bud\u00fa zbiera\u0165 tieto d\u00e1ta, aby lep\u0161ie porozumeli spr\u00e1vaniu svojich vozidiel. Pou\u017e\u00edvanie OBM bolo upraven\u00e9 tak, aby nedoch\u00e1dzalo k ohrozeniu bezpe\u010dnosti vozidla v prev\u00e1dzke.<\/p>\n<h3>\u010co bude teraz nasledova\u0165?<\/h3>\n<div class=\"ChatMessage_chatMessage__BmN0M\" data-complete=\"true\">\n<div class=\"ChatMessage_messageRow__WMtnL\">\n<div class=\"ChatMessage_messageWrapper__GRRcV\">\n<div>\n<div class=\"Message_row___ur0Y\">\n<div class=\"Message_botMessageBubble__CPGMI\">\n<div class=\"Markdown_markdownContainer__UyYrv\">\n<p>Po prijat\u00ed nov\u00fdch pravidiel, ktor\u00e9 e\u0161te musia z\u00edska\u0165 schv\u00e1lenie Eur\u00f3pskeho parlamentu (zatia\u013e napl\u00e1novan\u00e9 na november 2023), bud\u00fa v\u00fdrobcovia nov\u00fdch osobn\u00fdch a \u00fa\u017eitkov\u00fdch vozidiel ma\u0165 na dodr\u017eanie t\u00fdchto pravidiel dva a pol roka. Pre existuj\u00face modely sa toto obdobie pred\u013a\u017ei na tri a pol roka. V pr\u00edpade \u0165a\u017ek\u00fdch n\u00e1kladn\u00fdch vozidiel bud\u00fa ma\u0165 v\u00fdrobcovia nov\u00fdch modelov \u0161tyri roky a existuj\u00facich modelov p\u00e4\u0165 rokov na pr\u00edpravu na nov\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e9 nariadenie tie\u017e stanovuje minim\u00e1lne po\u017eiadavky na v\u00fdkonnos\u0165 bat\u00e9ri\u00ed v elektromobiloch a uklad\u00e1 pr\u00edsnej\u0161ie po\u017eiadavky na \u017eivotnos\u0165 vozidiel.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00f4vodne sa o\u010dak\u00e1valo, \u017ee emisn\u00e1 norma pre osobn\u00e9 aut\u00e1 bude plati\u0165 od polovice roku 2025 a pre n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 vozidl\u00e1 o dva roky nesk\u00f4r. Av\u0161ak osem \u010dlensk\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1tov nes\u00fahlasilo s t\u00fdmto n\u00e1vrhom normy Euro 7. Skupinu kraj\u00edn, ktor\u00e9 mali rovnak\u00fd n\u00e1zor, viedla \u010cesk\u00e1 republika. Do tejto skupiny patrili aj Slovensko, Po\u013esko, Ma\u010farsko, Franc\u00fazsko, Taliansko, Bulharsko a Rumunsko. Nakoniec tieto krajiny s\u00fahlasili s posledn\u00fdm n\u00e1vrhom normy, ktor\u00fd predstavilo \u0161panielske predsedn\u00edctvo.
