Jednotliv\u00e9 preferencie sa zvykn\u00fa genera\u010dne l\u00ed\u0161i\u0165, pri\u010dom v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti \u010doraz viac \u013eud\u00ed chce \u010derpa\u0165 benefit pr\u00e1ve z hybridn\u00e9ho modelu pr\u00e1ce. Zatia\u013e \u010do v ich pr\u00edpade h\u013ead\u00ed na vzdialenos\u0165 pracoviska 67 %, u vysokopr\u00edjmov\u00fdch skup\u00edn je to len necel\u00e1 polovica,\u201c<\/em> <\/strong>uv\u00e1dza sa v spr\u00e1ve v prieskumu na port\u00e1li Profesia.<\/p>\n<h3>H\u013eadanie pr\u00e1ce prostredn\u00edctvom aplik\u00e1cie<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Pracovisko by kv\u00f4li bl\u00edzkosti bola ochotn\u00e1 zmeni\u0165 p\u00e4tina \u013eud\u00ed.<\/strong> Obetova\u0165 by tak dok\u00e1zali aj lep\u0161ie mzdov\u00e9 podmienky.
