Rok 2024 mal by\u0165 kone\u010dne rokom stabiliz\u00e1cie, po turbulentn\u00fdch troch rokoch po\u010das ktor\u00fdch sme za\u017eili pand\u00e9miu, za\u010diatok vojny na Ukrajine, n\u00e1rast infl\u00e1cie a aj zv\u00fd\u0161enie cien energi\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K\u00fdm ceny energi\u00ed a\u00a0in\u00fdch v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch vstupov boli probl\u00e9mom hlavne rozvinut\u00fdch ekonom\u00edk, medzi ktor\u00e9 rad\u00edme aj Slovensko, v\u00a0mnoh\u00fdch rozvojov\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch boli ich ceny pod kontrolou u\u017e v\u00a0roku 2022. E\u0161te za\u010diatkom decembra v\u00fdvoj nazna\u010doval postupn\u00fa stabiliz\u00e1ciu ekonomicky aj v\u00a0rozvinut\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch a\u00a0bolo opodstatnen\u00e9 o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165, po \u0165a\u017ek\u00fdch rokoch 2020 a\u017e 2023, neturbulentn\u00fd rok 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Svet je viac prepojen\u00fd ako sa zd\u00e1<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u0161etko sa ale zmenilo v\u00a0polovici decembra 2023, ke\u010f za\u010dali jemensk\u00ed povstalci H\u00fas\u00edovia \u00fato\u010di\u0165 na n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 lode plaviace sa cez \u010cerven\u00e9 more k Suezsk\u00e9mu prieplavu. Zo za\u010diatku sa to mohlo zda\u0165 najm\u00e4 pre nezainteresovan\u00fdch pozorovate\u013eov, ako kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fd a\u00a0lok\u00e1lny konflikt. Svet je ale komplexne prepojen\u00e9 miesto a\u00a0v\u00a0dne\u0161nej globalizovanej ekonomike maj\u00fa aj zdanlivo lok\u00e1lne konflikty \u010falekosiahle n\u00e1sledky. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H\u00fas\u00edovia pokra\u010dovali v\u00a0\u00fatokoch na kontajnerov\u00e9 lode a\u00a0tankery aj napriek varovaniam USA, Indie a\u00a0\u010fal\u0161\u00edch kraj\u00edn. Pod pa\u013ebou sa ocitli aj lode najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch lodiarskych spolo\u010dnost\u00ed na svete Maersk, MSC, Hapag-Lloyd, COSCO, \u010di CMA CGM. Jemensk\u00ed povstalci odmietli s\u00a0\u00fatokmi presta\u0165 a\u00a0nezastavili ich ani raketov\u00e9 \u00fatoky, ktor\u00e9 na \u00fazem\u00ed Jemenu spustila aliancia veden\u00e1 USA a\u00a0Ve\u013ekou Brit\u00e1niou. Povstalci sa odmietaj\u00fa vzda\u0165 a\u00a0ved\u00fa \u00fatok ako prejav solidarity s\u00a0Palest\u00ednou. Tvrdia, \u017ee \u00fatoky s\u00fa cielen\u00e9 na kontajnerov\u00e9 lode a\u00a0tankery, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa smerova\u0165 do Izraela.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00datoky ale ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fa prepravu a\u00a0ekonomiku<\/strong>, preto\u017ee pri s\u00fa\u010dasnom nebezpe\u010denstve ostre\u013eovania, \u00fatoku \u010di \u00fanosu lod\u00ed plaviacich sa cez \u010cerven\u00e9 more, nie s\u00fa lodiarske spolo\u010dnosti ochotn\u00e9 riskova\u0165 a\u00a0rozhodli sa aj napriek vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1kladom pretrasova\u0165 lode plavbou okolo Mysu dobrej n\u00e1deje, \u010di\u017ee okolo takmer celej Afriky.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Konflikt v\u00a0\u010cervenom mori sa tak uk\u00e1zal by\u0165 prav\u00fdm opakom o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00ed mnoh\u00fdch a\u00a0jeho <strong>d\u00f4sledky budeme poci\u0165ova\u0165 v\u00a0glob\u00e1lnej ekonomike po\u010das roka 2024<\/strong>. D\u00f4sledky sa nevyhn\u00fa ani Slovensku. Extra n\u00e1klady na palivo pre plavbu okolo Mysu dobrej n\u00e1deje miesto krat\u0161ej trasy cez Suezsk\u00fd prieplav predstavuj\u00fa 1 mili\u00f3n americk\u00fdch dol\u00e1rov. Plavba okolo Afriky tie\u017e trv\u00e1 o\u00a012-20 dn\u00ed dlh\u0161ie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Suezsk\u00fd prieplav m\u00e1 extr\u00e9mny v\u00fdznam pre obchodovanie Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie s \u00c1ziou<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cez Suezsk\u00fd prieplav prech\u00e1dza viac ako 15 % glob\u00e1lneho toku tovarov. Je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dovou n\u00e1mornou trasou pre tovar smeruj\u00faci z\u00a0\u00c1zie do Eur\u00f3py a\u00a0naopak. A\u017e 90 % tovaru z\u00a0\u010c\u00edny je do Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie prepravovan\u00fd po mori a\u00a0viac ako 60 % tovaru exportovan\u00e9ho z\u00a0\u010c\u00edny do Eur\u00f3py je \u0161tandardne trasovan\u00e9ho cez Suezsk\u00fd prieplav. Pre tovar smeruj\u00faci na Slovensko a\u00a0in\u00e9 krajiny centr\u00e1lnej Eur\u00f3py je \u0161tandardne Suezsk\u00fd prieplav jedinou trasou. Konflikt v\u00a0\u010cervenom mori ale v\u0161etko zmenil a\u00a0spotrebitelia si bud\u00fa musie\u0165 op\u00e4\u0165 priplati\u0165.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Pre\u010do bude ma\u0165 konflikt v\u00a0Suezskom prieplave dopady na Slovensko?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Slovensk\u00e9 firmy, ktor\u00e9 sa priamo alebo nepriamo z\u00e1sobuj\u00fa tovarom z\u00a0\u00c1zie m\u00f4\u017eu o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 ceny tovaru. V\u00fdsledok bude, \u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 ceny zaplatia fin\u00e1lni spotrebitelia, \u010do bude ma\u0165 za n\u00e1sledok infla\u010dn\u00e9 tlaky. Slovensk\u00ed import\u00e9ri za\u010dali poci\u0165ova\u0165 cenov\u00e9 tlaky u\u017e koncom decembra 2023, kedy sa ceny kontajnerovej prepravy z\u00a0\u010c\u00edny po\u010das jedin\u00e9ho t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a zdvojn\u00e1sobili. V\u00a0raste ceny pokra\u010dovali aj v\u00a0janu\u00e1ri 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vyhn\u00fa\u0165 sa v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti tovaru z \u00c1zie je takmer nemo\u017en\u00e9. Iba samotn\u00e1 <strong>\u010c\u00edna vyr\u00e1ba 70 % v\u0161etkej elektroniky a sol\u00e1rnych panelov, 40 % svetovej produkcie klimatiz\u00e1ci\u00ed, n\u00e1bytku a textilu a takmer 90 % v\u0161etk\u00fdch e-bicyklov<\/strong>. Ak odfiltrujeme elektrinu, paliv\u00e1 a potraviny, v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina toho, \u010do nakupujeme poch\u00e1dza z \u010c\u00edny. Ak nie z \u010c\u00edny, tak od zvy\u0161n\u00fdch kraj\u00edn \u00c1zie na \u010dele s Vietnamom a Indiou.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mnoh\u00e9 firmy a\u00a0obchodn\u00edci na Slovensku, ktor\u00e9 distribuuj\u00fa tovar sa nasklad\u0148uj\u00fa tovarom z\u00a0\u00c1zie nepriamo a\u00a0teda n\u00e1kupmi od eur\u00f3pskych ve\u013ekoobchodn\u00edkov, ktor\u00ed tovar u\u017e doviezli z\u00a0\u00c1zie do Eur\u00f3py a\u00a0maj\u00fa ho preclen\u00fd v\u00a0sklade. Na Slovensku je pri men\u0161\u00edch odberoch ve\u013emi popul\u00e1rne chodi\u0165 si vyzdvihn\u00fa\u0165 tovar z\u00a0\u00c1zie do skladov ve\u013ekoobchodn\u00edkov v\u00a0Po\u013esku. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e1ve firmy, ktor\u00e9 obchoduj\u00fa s\u00a0\u00c1ziou nepriamo poc\u00edtia najviac cenov\u00e9 tlaky, nako\u013eko dovezen\u00fd tovar bud\u00fa nakupova\u0165 v\u00fdrazne drah\u0161ie ako minul\u00fd rok a\u00a0e\u0161te aj s\u00a0prir\u00e1\u017ekami ve\u013ekoobchodu a\u00a0\u010fal\u0161\u00edch medzi\u010dl\u00e1nkov, ktor\u00e9 participovali na dovoze tohto tovaru.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Suezsk\u00fd prieplav v roku 1890 na kolorizovanej historickej fotografii\n<h3>Fakty o Suezskom prieplave<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Suezsk\u00fd prieplav otvorili pre dopravu 17. novembra 1869.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>V roku 1888 bolo \u00fazemie kan\u00e1la vyhl\u00e1sen\u00e9 za neutr\u00e1lnu z\u00f3nu a bol zaru\u010den\u00fd vo\u013en\u00fd prejazd v\u0161etk\u00fdm krajin\u00e1m v \u010dase mieru a vojny.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Po\u010das existencie kan\u00e1la v\u0161ak opakovane doch\u00e1dzalo k jeho okupovaniu a do\u010dasn\u00e9mu zatv\u00e1raniu.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>D\u013a\u017eka: 195\u00a0km<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u0160\u00edrka: 365\u00a0m<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>H\u013abka: 19,5 \u2013 20\u00a0m<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Obmedzenia: pre lode do 150 000 BRT a ropn\u00e9 tankery do 250 000 BRT<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Priemern\u00fd \u010das prepl\u00e1vania: 15 hod\u00edn (11\u00a0\u2013\u00a016 hod\u00edn)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Denn\u00e1 priepustnos\u0165: 1 konvoj (20 a viac lod\u00ed) severn\u00fdm smerom, 2 konvoje ju\u017en\u00fdm smerom<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Pr\u00edstavy:\u00a0Suez,\u00a0Port Said<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Spotrebitelia sa musia pripravi\u0165 na vy\u0161\u0161ie ceny tovarov<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podobn\u00fa situ\u00e1ciu, aj ke\u010f kr\u00e1tkodobej\u0161ieho p\u00f4sobenia, za\u017eili medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fd obchod a preprava v marci 2021, kedy sa kontajnerov\u00e1 lo\u010f Ever Given zasekla v Suezskom prieplave a zablokovala ho na \u0161es\u0165 dn\u00ed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepravn\u00e9 ceny kontajnerov vtedy vystrelili na z\u00e1vratn\u00fdch 15\u00a0000 americk\u00fdch dol\u00e1rov a\u00a0trvalo mesiace k\u00fdm ceny prepravy klesli na prijate\u013en\u00e9 hodnoty. <strong>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 ceny sa premietli do cien importovan\u00e9 tovaru a\u00a0eur\u00f3pski a\u00a0americk\u00ed spotrebitelia si v\u00a0druhej polovici roka 2021 museli priplati\u0165 aj dvojn\u00e1sobok<\/strong> p\u00f4vodn\u00fdch cien mnoh\u00fdch ob\u013e\u00faben\u00fdch tovarov.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Zdra\u017eovanie sa v\u00fdrazne dotklo napr\u00edklad z\u00e1hradn\u00e9ho n\u00e1bytku, bicyklov, v\u00edriviek a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch objemnej\u0161\u00edch tovarov, ktor\u00e9 sa v\u00a0Eur\u00f3pe nevyr\u00e1baj\u00fa a\u00a0dov\u00e1\u017eaj\u00fa sa preto z\u00a0\u00c1zie. Ceny mnoh\u00fdch zo spom\u00ednan\u00fdch tovarov sa u\u017e nevr\u00e1tili na p\u00f4vodn\u00e9 ceny a\u00a0to aj napriek tomu, \u017ee v\u00a0roku 2023 boli ceny medzin\u00e1rodnej prepravy relat\u00edvne stabiln\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Obchodovanie s \u00c1ziou je dnes pre E\u00da prakticky nenahradite\u013en\u00e9. Z predo\u0161lej sk\u00fasenosti u\u017e vedia, \u017ee ke\u010f\u017ee <strong>neexistuj\u00fa obdobn\u00e9 tovary vyr\u00e1ban\u00e9 v Eur\u00f3pe, z\u00e1kazn\u00edci ich k\u00fapia aj za zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 ceny<\/strong>. Z poh\u013eadu z\u00e1sobovania ide o nepr\u00edjemn\u00fa situ\u00e1ciu pre firmy ke\u010f\u017ee vy\u0161\u0161ie ceny prepravy sp\u00f4sobuj\u00fa tlak na ich cash-flow, v kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku sa ale import\u00e9rom pri spr\u00e1vnej odbytovej strat\u00e9gii extra n\u00e1klady vr\u00e1tia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>O\u010dak\u00e1van\u00fd pokles infl\u00e1cie<\/strong> sa ale v Eur\u00f3pe a teda aj na Slovensku v d\u00f4sledku konfliktu v \u010cervenom mori m\u00f4\u017ee spomali\u0165 a m\u00f4\u017eeme o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165 aj infla\u010dn\u00e9 tlaky. Medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fd menov\u00fd fond zverejnil v roku 2023 \u0161t\u00fadiu, v ktorej zmeral vplyv zv\u00fd\u0161enia cien dovozov na celkov\u00fa infl\u00e1ciu v Euroz\u00f3ne, ktorej je Slovensko \u010dlenom. \u0160t\u00fadia odhalila, \u017ee ceny dovezen\u00fdch tovarov boli zodpovedn\u00e9 a\u017e za 40 % celkovej infl\u00e1cie, ktor\u00fa za\u017eili krajiny Euroz\u00f3ny v sledovanom pandemickom obdob\u00ed dvoch rokov.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Ako dlho bude konflikt v\u00a0\u010cervenom mori vpl\u00fdva\u0165 na svetov\u00fa ekonomiku?\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako sme si uk\u00e1zali v\u00a0\u010dl\u00e1nku, v\u00a0dne\u0161nom svete u\u017e takmer neexistuje lok\u00e1lny konflikt. Konflikt v\u00a0\u010cervenom mori m\u00f4\u017ee pod\u013ea viacer\u00fdch svetovo uzn\u00e1van\u00fdch analytikov a\u00a0riadite\u013eov najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch lodiarskych spolo\u010dnost\u00ed na svete trva\u0165 e\u0161te nieko\u013eko mesiacov. Aj keby sa ho podarilo vyrie\u0161i\u0165 v\u00a0horizonte 2-3 mesiacov od jeho za\u010datia, \u010do zatia\u013e vyzer\u00e1 ako nepravdepodobn\u00e9, n\u00e1sledky by trvali nieko\u013eko \u010fal\u0161\u00edch mesiacov. Je preto mo\u017en\u00e9 o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165, \u017ee tento konflikt zasiahne medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fd obchod po\u010das cel\u00e9ho roka 2024.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pred\u013a\u017eenie \u010dasu plavby lod\u00ed z \u00c1zie do Eur\u00f3py o 12 a\u017e 20 dn\u00ed sp\u00f4sobuje nielen vy\u0161\u0161ie n\u00e1klady na prepravu,<\/strong> ale aj ome\u0161kanie dod\u00e1vok tovaru. K\u00fdm e\u0161te v\u00a0novembri 2023 mohli slovensk\u00ed import\u00e9ri po\u010d\u00edta\u0165 s\u00a0trvan\u00edm n\u00e1mornej prepravy z\u00a0\u010c\u00edny a\u017e po dodanie do ich skladu na Slovensku v\u00a0priemernej d\u013a\u017eke 55 dn\u00ed, vo febru\u00e1ri 2024 je tranzitn\u00fd \u010das v\u00a0priemere 80 dn\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je potrebn\u00e9 si uvedomi\u0165, \u017ee <strong>lode z \u00c1zie, ktor\u00e9 pr\u00eddu do Eur\u00f3py s me\u0161kan\u00edm, sa s me\u0161kan\u00edm aj vr\u00e1tia sp\u00e4\u0165 do \u00c1zie<\/strong>, kde sa bud\u00fa naklada\u0165 na cestu sp\u00e4\u0165 do Eur\u00f3py.
