Hran\u00edm videohier str\u00e1vi pribli\u017ene 1,3 hodiny denne, surfovan\u00edm po internete necel\u00fa hodinu denne a sledovan\u00edm telev\u00edzie alebo videa pribli\u017ene 1,7 hodiny denne.<\/strong> Priemern\u00e1 d\u013a\u017eka sp\u00e1nku t\u00fdchto dospievaj\u00facich bola 7,8 hodiny za noc.<\/p>\n Ak v\u00e1m z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na zdrav\u00ed a pohode dospievaj\u00faceho, potom by ste mohli zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 obmedzenie interakt\u00edvnej\u0161\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed, najm\u00e4 v poslednej hodine pred span\u00edm.
