Od <strong>pred\u010dasn\u00e9ho starnutia a\u017e po r\u00f4zne formy rakoviny ko\u017ee.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>\u010co je SPF?<\/h3>\n<p>Ochrann\u00fd slne\u010dn\u00fd faktor (SPF) <strong>predstavuje schopnos\u0165 opa\u013eovacieho kr\u00e9mu chr\u00e1ni\u0165 pred <\/strong>\u0161pecifickou \u010das\u0165ou ultrafialov\u00e9ho (UV) svetla naz\u00fdvan\u00e9ho UVB a UVA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UVB l\u00fa\u010de s\u00fa zodpovedn\u00e9 za sp\u00e1leniny a rakovinu ko\u017ee.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Existuj\u00fa dve \u010fal\u0161ie \u010dasti UV svetla: UVC l\u00fa\u010de (ktor\u00e9 neprech\u00e1dzaj\u00fa zemskou atmosf\u00e9rou) a UVA l\u00fa\u010de (ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa tie\u017e zodpovedn\u00e9 za rakovinu ko\u017ee a starnutie ko\u017ee).<\/p>\n<p>Opa\u013eovac\u00ed kr\u00e9m so \u0161irok\u00fdm spektrom m\u00f4\u017ee chr\u00e1ni\u0165 pred UVB aj UVA l\u00fa\u010dmi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ochrana pred UV \u017eiaren\u00edm<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Slne\u010dn\u00e9 \u017eiarenie obsahuje dve hlavn\u00e9 typy UV \u017eiarenia &#8211;
