Tieto prechody s\u00fa z\u00e1rove\u0148 nanovo nafarben\u00e9, a v\u00fdrazne ozna\u010den\u00e9, \u010do zvy\u0161uje ich vidite\u013enos\u0165 a zni\u017euje riziko neh\u00f4d, ktor\u00e9 \u010dasto vznikaj\u00fa v d\u00f4sledku opotrebovanosti povrchov.<\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00fdm z k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch prvkov projektu je vytvorenie takzvanej \u201ekiss and go z\u00f3ny\u201c, kde star\u0161\u00ed \u0161kol\u00e1ci pom\u00e1haj\u00fa mlad\u0161\u00edm de\u0165om bezpe\u010dne vyst\u00fapi\u0165 z auta, \u010d\u00edm sa zni\u017euje dopravn\u00e9 za\u0165a\u017eenie v bezprostrednej bl\u00edzkosti \u0161koly. T\u00e1to iniciat\u00edva nielen zvy\u0161uje bezpe\u010dnos\u0165, ale aj podporuje komunitn\u00e9ho ducha a vz\u00e1jomn\u00fa pomoc medzi \u017eiakmi.<\/p>\n<h3>Vzor aj pre in\u00e9 \u0161koly, mest\u00e1 a obce<\/h3>\n<p>\u201eVer\u00edme, \u017ee tento projekt bude in\u0161pir\u00e1ciou pre \u010fal\u0161ie \u0161koly, mest\u00e1 a obce na Slovensku a prispeje k bezpe\u010dnej\u0161iemu prostrediu pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov cestnej prem\u00e1vky,\u201c povedala Mgr. J\u00falia Krech\u0148\u00e1kov\u00e1 z Deutsche Schule Bratislava.<\/p>\n<p>Aby bolo mo\u017en\u00e9 podobn\u00e9 projekty realizova\u0165, je nevyhnutn\u00e9 zapoji\u0165 hne\u010f nieko\u013eko subjektov. V pr\u00edpade bratislavsk\u00fdch Kram\u00e1rov s\u00fa partnermi projektu Nad\u00e1cia United Philantropy, Avis, Allianz a Volkswagen.<\/p>\n<h3>Ak\u00e9 povinnosti maj\u00fa vodi\u010di v novej z\u00f3ne?<\/h3>\n<p>Vy\u0161\u0161ie zmienen\u00e1 iniciat\u00edva sa d\u00e1 pova\u017eova\u0165 za ob\u010diansku, ktorej cie\u013eom je zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 v \u010dase, ke\u010f sa deti pres\u00favaj\u00fa do a zo \u0161koly. Dnes je celkom be\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee rodi\u010dia vozia svoje deti do \u0161koly autami. Bojova\u0165 proti tomuto trendu by znamenalo realizova\u0165 syst\u00e9mov\u00e9 zmeny s dlhodob\u00fdmi z\u00e1mermi, ktor\u00e9 sa v\u0161ak nedaj\u00fa realizova\u0165 hne\u010f. Iniciat\u00edva ako t\u00e1to m\u00e1 zmysel, preto\u017ee neapeluje na nerealistick\u00e9, namiesto toho \u00fa\u010dinne vylep\u0161uje existuj\u00faci stav.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00f3na v \u0161t\u00fdle Kiss &amp; Go nie je definovan\u00e1 v Z\u00e1kone o cestnej prem\u00e1vke, preto na nej platia \u0161tandardn\u00e9 dopravn\u00e9 predpisy. Ak by sa t\u00e1to z\u00f3na nach\u00e1dza v \u0161kolskej z\u00f3ne, vtedy u\u017e odli\u0161n\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 platia.<\/p>\n<p>V zmysle \u00a7 59 o obytn\u00fdch, pe\u0161\u00edch a \u0161kolsk\u00fdch z\u00f3nach platia nasledovn\u00e9 odseky:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>V obytnej z\u00f3ne, pe\u0161ej z\u00f3ne a \u0161kolskej z\u00f3ne chodci sm\u00fa pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 cestu v celej jej \u0161\u00edrke, pri\u010dom sa na nich nevz\u0165ahuje \u00a7 52. Hry det\u00ed na ceste s\u00fa dovolen\u00e9 len v obytnej z\u00f3ne.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Do pe\u0161ej z\u00f3ny je povolen\u00fd vjazd len vozidl\u00e1m, ktor\u00fdm to umo\u017e\u0148uje dopravn\u00e1 zna\u010dka.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>V obytnej z\u00f3ne, pe\u0161ej z\u00f3ne a \u0161kolskej z\u00f3ne vodi\u010d smie jazdi\u0165 r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou najviac 20 km h-1. Pritom je povinn\u00fd dba\u0165 na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fa oh\u013eaduplnos\u0165 vo\u010di chodcom, ktor\u00fdch nesmie ohrozi\u0165. Ak je to nevyhnutn\u00e9, vodi\u010d je povinn\u00fd zastavi\u0165 vozidlo. V obytnej z\u00f3ne a pe\u0161ej z\u00f3ne je st\u00e1tie motorov\u00fdch vozidiel zak\u00e1zan\u00e9, ak dopravnou zna\u010dkou nie je ur\u010den\u00e9 inak. V \u0161kolskej z\u00f3ne mo\u017eno st\u00e1\u0165, ak t\u00fdm nie je obmedzen\u00fd pohyb chodcov.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>V obytnej z\u00f3ne, pe\u0161ej z\u00f3ne a \u0161kolskej z\u00f3ne chodci s\u00fa povinn\u00ed umo\u017eni\u0165 vozidl\u00e1m jazdu.
